It is rather small, but cozy. The Speed Queen machines seem to be solid. The smaller ones (without a name) stink inside, so we didn't use them. "Ultra wash" on a quad-load washer setting was rather pricey (8.75 CAD for 32 minutes), but the clothes seemed to be reasonably clean and without odor. I liked that there is an option to pay with a credit card, but the change machine is also there. The detergent vending machine is also functional, which was convenient since we forgot our supplies. The washroom door said "out of service", but it's OK since there are many affordable restaurants nearby. Speaking of restaurants, we grabbed great chicken wraps and milk shakes from a nearby place and they were very yummy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd give this laundromat five stars if the floor was cleaner.

It's the business' duty to guarantee the machines are working, and when they're not working, it's their job to believe clients and make it right, instead of telling paying clients they can choose to put more money in for broken machines. First, the cleanliness. Many laundromats have filthy floors. But not this one. When we visited, it was very clean. Almost exemplary. And the washroom was also very clean and obviously well maintained, which is rare in itself. The washing machines didn't have any weird smells, black fungus or stuck old detergent from previous users. Second, the equipment. It was good. Well maintained Electrolux washers and dryers. The smallest washer (20 lb) did a good job with a regular wash and warm water. The price - 5 CAD for 28 minutes. The dryer dried our small load in just 16 minutes (1 CAD). The biggest washer takes 77 pounds, which is quite impressive. Third, the vending machines. They were well stocked. You could even buy big bottles of detergent if you wanted to. Plenty of snacks and drinks as well. Fifth, the atmosphere. There was a lot of seating near big windows. Two TVs were playing racing and wildlife. Quite cozy. The area also has interesting food choices nearby (some of them are very questionable though, be careful). What could be better: - coins don't always go through, we had to retry a couple times (never had this issue before) - main wash requires powder detergent (we didn't have it, so had to buy one for 2 CAD for a single load using the vending machine) Overall, though, my kid declared it to be his favorite laundromat. It's rare to see someone take so much pride in their work and care so much about the customers. The entire place was spotless including the bathroom and well-maintained, which made doing laundry there so much more comfortable. Most of the machines are broken, the hot water does not work, the dryers open up midway even if you put a low amount of clothing in. Secondly, the workers are disrespecting and extremely hostile. I had walked in one time to change loonies and quarters in the machine, because I was going to come back with my clothes and the money ready to go, and the usual lady who is there started accusing me of coming in there just to change my money and not obey the customer only rule. That was my last time going. Third and lastly, the cleanliness and maintenance of the laundry mat is horrible and disgusting. I almost slipped on a dryer sheet twice, my clothes became full of pet hairs after using the xL dryer, and on top of that my clothes came out smelling like piss, and im a very clean person. It could be that they just want to make it a cash grab, or maybe they dont have enough workers, or maybe some other reason, but scamming people out of their money and wasting people's time is no way to run a business.
