The same lady is at the cleaners every time I go in; she also enthusiastically greets me with "'Caaaaarmen"!! It's like walking in to see a long lost friend. My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems. She's even repaired a torn dress for me without me asking *and* for free. They even gave me a gratis lint roller for Christmas! I mean, what more could you ask for in a dry cleaner?
