The items were returned today, but not as handed over. Some items were washed, some were not, and the best part was the unrequested dye job, NOT. Many of the items have fond memories attached, and now they are ruined, no warning phone call to say, "Hey we screwed up". Very irritating. If I could give minus stars I would. Took a Mackage down coat to have it dry cleaned, he said that he'll send it in to the same cleaner that Mackage recommends. I paid $60+ and it came back a mess. The fur was no longer luscious instead it looked fried, tangled and messy. The size of the coat also shrank to the point where I can't even wear it. Given it was a third party who cleaned it I didn't write a bad review for them last time. This time I sent in an intricate sweater for dry cleaning and when it came back the length of the sweater was uneven. The back was noticeably longer than the front and the sweater lost its original shape. Also the male owner pulls price out of thin air. He'll charge whatever he feels like that day.
