Do you know how many times that I've pulled up, tugged on the doors, only to find out that I hafta drop them off in the back warehouse? Lastly, the driveway to the shipping/receiving area is soo tight! It's like a 1.5 way, so you really need to proceed with caution when you hafta drop off our parcels there. Their customer service seems good in that I asked them to post up a sign to inform customers when the front doors are locked. However, when they did, it was in 14-pt font and I still had to park my car, pull on the doors, and read a long email explaining that the doors are closed. Overall, from a customer's point-of-view, the new facility is less convenient and more of a hassle especially the parking and driveway leading to the back of the building. Seeing how it is a shipping facility, a set of automated front doors would help TREMENDOUSLY!!!

So I took it to the UPS Store to get them to package it, thinking I would get it boxed there and then drive back to FedEx to drop it off. The team there offered to build me a custom box, though they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday (this was on a Saturday). I was leaving town Sunday, but when I told them that they said it was no problem; they offered to wrap the box and take it to the nearby FedEx shipping center in the shopping center on Monday, when I was out of town. They did so, and called me to confirm it Monday, and the package arrived with no trouble. Really appreciated them going the extra mile on what had been a very frustrating day up to that point.
