This UPS Store is the same location as Pro Passport Photo if you found that on Google. There isn't technically a separate desk or anything. I went up and told the cashier I was there for passport photos. They will ask what size photo you need depending on what you're applying for so make sure to have that info just in case. For example, I was there for an international drivers license which is the same size as passport photos. To the right of the service counter, they have the photo area complete with chair, mirror, and lights for the optimal shot. The process was really quick and the printing only took 5 minutes. It's also wayyy cheaper than what Shoppers charges. It was about $50 per person for 2 passport photos at Shoppers but it was $45 for me and my partner to do ours here (2 pics each). read more

I went to the UPS store today, and was treated extremely poorly the main guy who was working there he's an older man with glasses everyone please watch out because he has no shame in telling customers he won't help them I went today and i Wanted to do some copies and he told me he didn't want to help and he told me to get out of his store and told me not to come anymore he also told his coworker to not help me with anything and charged me more than the actual price because he was angry that I came in to do some copies that were important for me, please stay away from this store they are extremely rude and disrespectful to their customers and do not want to do their job that they are supposed to they get easily irritated by customers and and don't care to give any good services read more

Closes at 3pm on a Saturday.. really? Why then, locate in a bustling plaza at a main intersection. Perhaps a farm community outside the city might be more your pace. read more

Been using this UPS store for over 4 years now I think. I have a mailbox there where I send all my packages and have them send out my international packages. They are always a great help and handle everything. They make everything easier. read more

I am not usually one to write reviews but the service at 200 North Service Road West UPS location…read moreblew me away. I walked in and not only forgot to bring a packaging bag but also the label itself. Mike was so kind! He provided us with a bag, printed the label and attached the label for us in less than 5 minutes. Did I mention that I am an idiot and I didn't realize the label was for a different courier company? Didn't matter, Mike was very professional in helping us out. There should be more people like Mike in the world. Hope someone sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves!
