Exceptionally bad service. I needed to print 40 4x6 photos. After a long wait time we agreed that I would return in 30 minutes and pick up the photos. When I returned - the merchant saw me and started printing the photos there. Before printing I asked to ensure that the aspect ratio of the photos is correct and they will not be cropped incorrectly. The merchant assured me that they are of the correct aspect ration. The printed photos were clearly cropped and the merchant agreed that they were done incorrectly but refused to provide a refund. I understand that there are other customers that need service and that my photos may be taken on a device with a camera that does not match 4x6 aspect ratio (though I demonstrated on my phone how the aspect ration can be adjusted perfectly fine). But my concern is with all the broken promises. I would be fine to come back in 2 hours or even in a day if I were told it was needed and I would also be fine adjusting the photos before submitting them to the merchant if I were told they needed adjustments. Instead, the merchant said that everything will be fine, charged the payment, failed to deliver and refuse to make any amends. read more

North York location: They refused to fulfil my order properly, except for extra money: the card and folder I ordered were not cut to the size, the folder was not folded. When I demanded to finish the work, the person, who reluctantly introduce himself as Abhi Dohi, became rude and refused to fulfil the order. I wouldn't recommend to use this service. read more

We've come here for passport photos, as well as for photos for a visa. The price is reasonable (cheaper than many of the competitors). They do take great and affordable passport photos which was one of the services I went in for, however, printing documents cost more if you use their computer service which has a minimum of $2.00. I went to print out some paperwork and I wasn't even on the computer for more than five minutes and I was charged more than the amount of documents I printed was worth a total of $1.00. I think it's ridiculous that you have to spend $2.00 for less than 5 minutes to print out a few pieces of paper on one of their computers. If you passport photos done, they're pretty good and affordable but if you need to print out something real quick I suggest taking your business elsewhere, however if you'll be in there for 30+ minutes then it may be worth it to you but even so I'd check somewhere else first. I believe this is truly my first full on angry blast on a business. Even if I'm not a big fan of something, I still hesitate on writing a really bad review, because I do feel bad having to negatively affect someone's business - especially small businesses. I don't want to do it unless they did something awful. I work in the area and came here for passport photo since it's closed by and $6.99 was a good price for 2 small photos. However, the employee there messed up the stamping of my photos. The stamp were smudged and the passport office (PPO) agent cannot accept it. I didn't think it was something I had to check when I got back the photos because I didn't expect such a problem -- because I assumed that if they do this everyday, they know what they're doing. Anyhow, this was a cold snowy day and I was squeezing this errand of renewing my passport in during my lunch hour. After noticing the photo issue, the PPO agent told me to just go back quickly and tell the shop to reprint the photos with proper stamping. I quickly ran back outside to the shop. The same employee as well as a man who seems to the owner was there and I showed them the problem photos. He then had the audacity to tell me that he would need an actual note from the PPO agent stating that this photo is not acceptable in order for them to re-issue to me!!! I'm thinking WTF!!! The stamp is clearly smudged and not acceptable by the PPO. It's clearly YOUR MISTAKE that YOU MESSED UP on the stamping. Despite the slight smudging, it's still clearly the name of YOUR SHOP that the stamp shows. This makes absolutely no sense!! First YOU messed up on your product, then inconvenient me even more by looking for an excuse to not to reprint 2 lousy little photos??? So I went back out to the cold and ran back up to the PPO agent. The agent also thought this was absolute non-sense and was furious with this Print2Go shop - he thinks Print2Go think they can do this to people because they sort of have a monopoly for this service in the area. The PPO agent then wrote me a note to bring back to the shop and even said he was very tempted to go down there at lunch to tell them off himself if they give me anymore problem with re-issuance. I ran back out to the shop and gave them the note. They then proceed to reprint the 2 photos. This time, the owner instructed the employee that he needs to take a tissue and blot the ink carefully so it doesn't smudge again. While I was waiting by the cash counter, the owner came back to take his seat there, like a big important boss he think he is would. There was no apology for the mess and inconvenience. No apologetic vibe at all. In fact, the look and stare he gave me as I was stood there waiting was more like I was making trouble for him. Such as jack---! It wasn't so much the stamping mess up that bothered me. The employee was inexperience and small mistakes happen all the time. I'm furious at the bogus policy on note requirement in order to re-issue 2 lousy photos that was clearly result of their mistake in the first place, and then the reaction/disgusting treatment from this shop owner. So if you are going to ever take advantage of their low price for passport photos, consider my experience as a warning of what you might get from this place. Don't trust that they know what they're doing and inspect your photos before leaving the shop. I wouldn't come back here for photos or for anything else. They don't deserve any business if they're going to treat customers like this. read more

This location staff doesn't care about misleading their customers and when confronted about it they quickly become very rude and eager to direct you out of their premises. Sad as I found them on the internet and called them and they told me that they do print picks from the android phone but when I arrived they told me that printer is not working. Instead they said I must have the picks on a USB or send them the picks by email. read more

Got some passport photos and some printouts today and the service was fast and friendly. Even though it was busy the guy at the counter handled everyone in proper order. Passport price is cheap and only took a few mins to process. Using a computer to print out sheets was easy. Keep in mind there is a base $2 charge to use one of their PCs and black and white printouts are .15cents each on top. read more

Really unprofessional and very hot tempered. Printer was not calibrated (printing too much red ink), kept blaming our files and saying they were 'low res', then when their printer didn't out put properly again - said it was because our files were now too 'high res' (same file btw). Tried to make us pay before we were satisfied with the product and proceeded to yell at me on the phone for payment. Most printers allow you to pay upon pick up, instead of over the phone. My advice would be to pay in person when you have seen the product. If you want something professional - I would not bother with this service. We ended up using fedex just down the street and they were much more professional and respectful. My recommendation for the company is that they should train their staff with print press knowledge, as well as act professionally with customers. In this case, I was yelled at and had to try to put out the fire - when really, they should be resolving issues internally, then discussing solutions with customers. read more

Not honest in doing business, only use 2 min on computer and was charged for 30 min, the price for printing less than 400 pages is 8 cents and was charged for 9 cents. Review the price before you pay! Because tax is not included, if you print less than 400 pages, better print at library. read more

Once I come to the print shop print2go on 7900 Hurontario St in Brampton, with a real estate sign with me (regular size, about 2 feet wide X 2.8 about feet tall) and ask to make 4 hanging banners for it, like "Fully renovated". They got the measurements. And ask to pay before printing. When I picked banners they were too big - 3 feet wide. On my question how to hang them, I got: "Your sign - your problems, it was not me, I don't know". Stay away from them. Save your time and money. The guy working here or owner is rude. An old man was talking to him, a bit of communication problem because of language and the guy started being rude to the customer in front of everyone.
