I ordered them 5 minutes past their deadline, but the next day I went to their store and asked if it was ready as I needed it by then. They checked on my order and they rushed it, so it would be ready for me in 30 minutes. I really appreciated their good customer service, and friendly staff. The quality of their product was good. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They promote 1hr turnaround on products. We ordered single label stickers from them with 1hr turnaround. Prior to ordering we called and confirmed it was indeed a 1hr turnaround and they confirmed. After ordering online we called again and confirmed we would be able to receive our order in an hour. Fast turn around was imperative as the stickers were required to hand out at an event later that day. The order was placed after 11am, and when I showed up at 2:40pm they had not even begun the order. They had no reason as to why the order had not been started, and thought it was reasonable to ask me to wait 40mins for them to do it. When I expressed frustration there was no accountability and the manager sat in her cubicle several feet away speaking disparagingly about me and basically blamed me for not having a one hour product ready within the stipulated time frame saying "who told you to come pick up?" They then told me they could have the items ready in 15minutes while attempting to stall me, no offer of a discount or anything for not being ready. They then presented a page of FULL SHEET STICKERS, to show me they had started the order. I then had to explain I did not order full sheet stickers and if they checked the invoice they would see I ordered SINGLE LABEL STICKERS. The manager then expressed she didn't see the problem as the stickers could be peeled off individually - which was of no use to me as the stickers were going to be handed out individually to guests of an event. She still insisted I was wrong for wanting what I paid for. At this point, I had already been there a 1/2hr and order had JUST BEGUN to be processed, and incorrectly at that. I asked them to cancel the order and provide a refund. They agreed. They also provided me with a copy of the invoice, dated and signed saying they would refund to the original payment method. I have followed up about the refund with no response and no refund received. So to recap, they failed to provide the service paid for within the stipulated time, I did not receive the order, they promised to refund and have not done so. In essence stealing money for a service they did not provide, and while Neil the employee was trying his best and was respectful the manager was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! read more

I have tried them for about three times now, and all been short notice and they never failed to impress! they're easy to deal with, usually over email or the phone and they start working on your order right away. Prices are not bad, not the cheapest in the market, but you're getting a good quality and a quick turnaround. Product came damaged and the store failed to reprint the cards before our deadline. We missed our event without any items from the store and they refuse to refund us. They did not reply to our emails on Wednesday and did not tell us that the product was going to take an additional five days to arrive. They still have not reproduced or delivered a replacement. read more

I made an order for a banner here extremely last minute (for an event happening the next day) and I could not be more impressed with the quality of customer service I received. The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely understanding of my situation and told me she would try her best to get it done for me despite the short notice. I got a call back around lunch with an update on the status of my banner, and that I could pick it up later that evening.
