Pack your patience, it wasn't the most efficient experience, though I appreciate the availability. When I dropped off my package, the associate took the box, but nothing was scanned, so, now I'll be refreshing my tracking number to ensure that it's marked as received. The shop itself was a bit messy, parcels were placed in front of the counter, in the middle of the open space where customers would stand, as well as stacked behind.

Later, we found out the cards were cashed and we don't know by whom. I had a mailbox at this location for a few years, because of their awful service I moved my mailbox to somewhere else. One of my old friends did not know about my change of address and sent two Amazon Gift Cards to my address at this location for my kids. The Amazon tracking number shows "Package was handed to a receptionist Signed by: Security". When we visited the store they said they did not have the package. We asked them to try to find it as it shows it was handed to the receptionist. I called a few times the day after and Shima told me I do not have a mailbox over there and if I had a mailbox they could have put my package in my mailbox. I explained to her they were not supposed to accept the package if I did not have a mailbox and it should have been marked to return to the sender. But since they accepted my package I needed to pick it up. But she kept saying they do not have that package. I explained the situation to my friend who sent the gifts, he called Amazon customer service to block both gift cards from being claimed but he was told both cards were already claimed by someone else. Amazon did not provide any name to us obviously but they know who did it and opened a case with their legal department for this fraud and they will update my friend soon. I can not make accusations but here is what happened. They accepted my package and signed for it, the package was lost after delivery, and the gift cards were claimed at someone's Amazon account that we don't know. The reasons I moved my mailbox from this location: - They could not find my packages 50% of the time (yes, 50% believe it or not). They were telling me it is still on the way while I was showing the tracking number to them that shows the package was delivered. Every time after I came back home, after a few hours they had called me and said that my package had just been delivered. So, I had to make an extra trip to pick it up. - Per UPS store policies when you have a package that does not fit in your mailbox, they are supposed to scan so you receive an automated email that you have a package to pick up. Every UPS store in North America does this except this location. I asked them a couple times and they said they do not do that. - Every time I went to pick up my package an hour after delivery, the owner told me the package had not been delivered yet. He was telling me not to believe the tracking numbers progress, when it says delivered means UPS has the package and is on the way. What ???!!! Many times I waited there until he looked for it everywhere and he came back with the package from the back and said he found it. - If I wanted to send something with UPS, it was a 40 minutes project, the same thing in other UPS stores takes 5 minutes. The owner does not know how to use a computer in my opinion and when he was alone at the store you could always see a long line with people rolling their eyes and tired, waiting for him to get their job done. I did not have the option to put 0 stars. They do not deserve 1 star at all.

Later I found out that my card had in fact worked! So I paid twice I just went there to drop off a UPS parcel, because it says that it's a UPS drop off place both online and also there's a big UPS sign there. The woman said no, sorry we're not a UPS service. So I said what about this big UPS sign behind you? She said it's a mistake. Never again!

Such amazing customer service!…read more Was greeted by the very nice lady behind the counter who went above and beyond what one would expect to assist me with printing my labels and shipping my return (despite the error in UPS or what I like to refer to them as Oops! stating it is a drop off location for them when in actuality it is for FedEx. While I'm not surprised at hearing UPS dropped the ball/package on their end she offered to accept my package regardless and stated she'd arrange a pick-up nonetheless - they should be ever so grateful to have a representative who goes out of her way to fix an error on UPS's end that she shouldn't have to be bothered with yet she seemed all too happy to go out of her way to assist and help me out nonetheless! I wish I could receive the same customer service actually from UPS themselves when calling their support line when needed as I received from her! This has become my go-to FedEx location. I receive a lot of packages through work and never seem to…read morebe home when they arrive so I have them re-routed here. Pick up is simple and easy (as long as you have the door tag or tracking number) and their hours support a busy professional on the run. I have had two great Customer Service experiences with this location. 1) I had to ship oversize items to the US and 2) A re-routed package did not arrive and it was urgent and of course Saturday. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that I wish they had more than one clerk working. This can impact wait times and transaction time. Personally I just plan to go in the morning when things are slow
