This location was ideal, since I was eating lunch in the area! Purolator was the only option for an Amazon return. I wasn't a fan of this courier in the past, but I'm relieved to see some changes in place. I was a bit nervous, since I feel I'm responsible for the items, and other companies provide some sort of a paper receipt. I didn't need any packaging, except the bar code emailed to me. I still wrapped the items in a waterproof bag, with the order info inside, and my return address label on the outside. The staff member showed me the bar code once it was packaged up, and I took a photo. I received the refund from Amazon a few days later. The parking is congested, although you can find a spot in the surrounding plazas. read more

I've been here many times to return packages. Usually it goes smoothly: I line up, get the purolator worker to scan my package and QR code, I get a receipt, and I'm on my way. Simple, clear, and quick. However, over the last few months, this experience has drastically changed. I'm still returning packages using QR codes, but the purolator workers give me conflicting information every time (separate occasions) I'm there. One tells me I have to use the machine and select "my package is ready to ship", another tells me to select "print label", another tells me she can't help me with my return because the machine deals with it. One tells me that the machine is only for prepaid label returns and I have to line up to return my QR code returns. The cherry on top is that the front desk workers are also RUDE! They treat customers like an inconvenience while also giving them confusing, conflicting information. It sounds like they're either not being properly trained, or they can't be bothered to do their job. My experience here used to be great; no problems, no confusion, and a pleasant experience. My rating is 3.5 stars. Canada Post is expected to go on strike soon. Some businesses aren't taking any chances and are using alternative shipping companies for their needs. I have a regular order that typically gets to me through Canada Post. Last week, a person from Purolator left me a voice message and said to give the customer centre a call to deliver a package. I called back a day later and asked if I could pick it up. She gave me this location. What you need to do is state what your tracking number is. You also need to present ID that clearly indicates your address and name. Last Wednesday, my Google Pixel phone died. I am fortunate to have a backup phone, but its GPS is limited. I looked up the location before heading over there. This Purolator location is in a secluded industrial area. At 7:15 pm, it was pretty dark. I drove past the entrance, as nothing was clearly lit up, including the signs. I parked probably farther away than I should have and walked into the shipping centre. There were four customers ahead of me. It's a small shipping centre. I had a kind customer in front of me who said that I could go ahead of him. He was shipping something. I was picking up my parcel. I had a friendly woman ask for my tracking number and ID. I presented both, got my package, signed for it, and left. I thanked the man in front of me again. He appreciated it. I had a good experience. I would hate to see what the lineups are like just before Christmas, though. If the signs were better lit, I'd feel more at ease coming here. (347) read more

I've have first hand experience the past 2 months with having contacted (for my employer) over two hundred people that did not receive a Purolator delivery to their residential address, mostly in apartment buildings, condo towers or townhouse developments. Many of the one star ratings was reflective of what I heard first hand from 90+ percent of my callers. Not glowing at best however I will not let it influence this review. I also had a Purolator delivery this past Saturday to my own door at 3:40pm. In all fairness, I was out of town and was not expecting this package. The driver did however leave a notice on the door giving details to pick up my shipment at this Purolator depot today, hence my visit here. With the notice in hand and government issued personal identification, counter staff provided courteous and quick service. If I had been home during the Purolator driver attempt to deliver my package, my rating would still be 4 stars because he/she successfully came up to my floor & door. read more

This Purolator location is off of an industrial area on Silverstar. It's N/W of Midland and Finch. A bit sketchy at night. Inside the pickup / drop off office, it's tiny. It's also very disorganized. You don't know who wants what and who's in line. The staff have attitude and are miserable. It's like stereotypical DMV employees. Try going somewhere else. Canada Post isn't better. read more

I had to come to this location to pick up a package and it was really inconvenient and time consuming. First of all, this location is no where near Thornhill. Why on earth did I have to travel this far?!?! I decided to make my trip in the afternoon during a really late lunch break and even though it was 2pm there was still a long wait. There were three customers in the store but the employee didn't d not know how to multi-task. All of the customers waited a really long time while the employee dealt with a customer whose package wasn't even at the facility. Why couldn't they figure this out sooner?? I really don't know! Once I handed my missed package card to the employee, it still took her 10-15 minutes to locate my package. Would I return to this location to pick up a package? No, it's not likely. The Pros: The employee working told me I can call purolator and have them transfer packages to facilities located closer to my home if I miss the delivery. I wish I knew this sooner but it's a great tip for going forward! read more

If I had a choice, I would avoide Purolator like a plague. The 2 locations I have visited (Morse by downtown and now the Silverstar in Scarborough) both have very poorly run front office with non existent parking to pickup or drop off your goods. It is very unfortunate that I cannot support a Canadian company and need to rely on the big US shipping companies as their locations are more convenient, better rates and just the ease of everything. Please make some changes and maybe more people will use your service. read more

I don't usually give 1 star ratings, however this is well deserved. Two days ago I got a call from Purolator saying a package was returned to them because they tried to deliver it to my office (which was closed due to COVID). I requested a delivery at home, however all they could promise is sometime 8am-5pm. Due to circumstances, I can be at home for 2-4 hours, but not 9. I went into their location to pickup my package, however I was told the package had been returned to the sender (I had been told it would be held there for 5 days - they didn't even hold it for 24 hours, nor did they call me regarding the send-back). When I wanted to complain, I was given the 1-800 number - I chose to turn here instead. I suggest they do a much better job in working specifically with clients to deliver great service. read more

My package, a laptop for repair was not picked up. When I scheduled the pick up, I told the agent she did not ask for my suite number so she took note of it and then never put it on the pick up order. The pickup driver came to my building but didn't know which suite so he left. My phone number was clearly marked so he could have called but didn't bother. When I complained to Purolator they ignored me saying that as I did not pay for the pickup, rather the laptop repair company did, they could not do a refund. I explained that I had paid for the pickup indirectly when I purchased the laptop repair warranty but they simply said to call the laptop dealer. read more

First day they couldn't deliver because they said the address was wrong. Then I called they checked and told me address was right! Then they rescheduled the next day to deliver. The coming day they said was an issue and couldn't deliver. Then I asked to pick up then they told me was we can't give you a pick up time. Worst service never had. read more

I don't understand why I am picking up my package here when this location is sooooo far from my house. They need to have more pick up locations. It's so slow here. Disorganized. Lines are always so long because clearly there isn't enough pick up locations! Why do I even shop online with how far I have drive, I might as well drive to the store to pick up my items. I come here 3-4 times a year to pick up parcels, as it's the depot closest to home. No complaints, I've found the staff to be friendly and the service reasonably quick. Would be nice if they had slightly later evening hours. read more

I'm a single mother with a 5 year old child. A health care provider doing long hours through out the COVID-19 pandemic. My son attends the emergency daycare opened by the government. The TCDSB shipped a loaner iPad for my son to enable him to complete his school work whiles at daycare. Purolator made a delivery attempt but I was at work at the time. They left a slip which indicated they close at 8:30 pm Monday to Friday. I went to the location after work on a Monday with my son in the cold, only to find a sign at the door that says it closes at 6pm......their new temporary hours of operation. I finish work at 7pm and do not drive. I took ttc plus Uber in order to make it to the location before 8:30pm. I called Purolator the following day which was a Tuesday and was told they can schedule a redelivery. They even took my email so I can be emailed when the package is out for delivery on Friday. By 1pm Friday, no email had come through. I called Purolator, only to be told the package was returned to the sender and nothing they can do about it. They said sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. I broke down and started crying when a manager said it was processed to be returned on Tuesday before I called for redelivery. I'm so frustrated and devastated because I was at work helping the vulnerable in our community. Yet, I can't get help from Purolator to deliver an iPad to my child. I got transferred to another person upon my insistent. He said, it looks like nobody saw that I had requested a redelivery. He said there's a record showing that I called on Tuesday with a request. He also told me there's nothing he can do about my package because it's no longer with Purolator. I broke down again and cried, my son also started crying because he was looking forward to having the iPad to do his school work at daycare. I cried because I felt I was letting my child down and I felt very helpless in that moment. I've not been able to keep up with his school work because we leave home in the morning and come back home at night. I'm afraid he's gonna fall behind in school. The man I was talking to, gave me the phone number of the company who's got the package. He said he can't call them, I have to be the one to call. I'm beyond frustrated. I feel helpless. I'm disappointed that the people at Purolator can be so heartless in this period of time. Purolator messed up my package delivery and they did nothing to correct it. The iPad will be better for him to carry to and from daycare to keep up with his daily school activities. We've been waiting patiently all this while for Purolator to deliver the iPad because I know there's delays everywhere. Nobody should have to go through what happened to me. read more

Wow wow wow!!! I don't even know where to start with this company. First they called me Thurs to get my buzzer code and told me the item will be delivered on Monday. Monday came and passed waited. I am here giving the company the benefit of the doubt. Called them today and they are going to tell me the send back the items to the sender!!!!!!! I ordered an item from a vendor and they made the mistake of shipping it with this company. Not only did they fail to make the delivery, but they took it to this location which is literally in another city from where I live and Purolator did not allow me to change the pickup address to anywhere closer. They then failed to make every single redelivery. They either tried to deliver on the wrong day or did not show up at all. Did I mention they only deliver 9-5 Mon-Fri which is when most people work?!
