I stopped in today to have a few things shipped, the employee working was so great, super helpful, great customer service!

This is the third time this year that my wife and I have come by this UPS, during their posted open hours and they've been closed. There's no sign stating that they're closed for an emergency or someone's out to lunch or anything, just closed at 1:30pm when their sign states that they're open until 4pm on Saturdays. Today we also ran into a UPS driver who was also coming by the store for a scheduled pick up and he was confused as to why they were closed. I'm not sure why the staff here continue to do this, but it's quite frustrating. As much as I love having a UPS store in my neighborhood, I'm going to learn my lesson and avoid this store and take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been waiting for a prescription to be delivered on ice for the last five days they never delivered it. Just a note on my door. My partner went to the shop to pick it up, where they told me to go, They said they didn't have it then I called when they find the box. They never called so I called them back with the tracking number and he said "you can come pick it up now!" What the heck I just had surgery I can't leave my house so I had to wait for my husband to get home to pick it up. His second time there. I am so beyond shocked, having to wait for this medication post surgery. I will never use this location. There were rude, and obviously incompetent. I have been very mobile in my career and use UPS Stores and as my home base for mail and packages. A year and a half ago as I came to San Diego from Nashville, I met Melissa Nguyen and her dedicated Team. For me while getting settled in a city having to change your address with the Post Office is very cumbersome. With my 2020 address on Columbia, I show stability for my business dealings with one address. Melissa's Team of Carlie and Rio could not treat me better, its like family. Melissa, Ethan and the entire staff at the UPS Store in Little Italy, San Diego delivered an incredible experience today. We needed to get some documents printed and notarized, including a new set of passport photos, and the team did it in such a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Literally every single person we spoke to, in addition to the two fabulous gals at the front desk, were welcoming, attentive and more than helpful with our errands. It felt like they all worked together for many, many years as their teamwork and camaraderie was really on point, and it really shined through in today's visit. It was hard to believe that they have been only for 3 months. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes! The UPS store is also remarkably clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely be coming here again for all future shipping needs and notarized services. This was such a pleasant experience that both my partner and I walked out with smiles on our faces, which mind you, doesn't happen too often when you're dealing with shipping stores - ha! If I could give Melissa 10 stars I would. I arrived at a conference at the Hyatt in San Diego only to find that my 8x8ft banner did not arrive via my UPS store in Tampa, FL. I contacted her store and she printed me a new banner THE SAME DAY, picked up supporting brackets from a completely different company and delivered it to the conference, all at a 3rd of the price i paid originally. On top of that, she came back 3 days later to pick it all up, volunteered to pack it, and ship it back to me. She saved our conference and is the definition of excellence. Print companies often talk about being your "partner" but she means it. There is 0 reason to go anywhere else for any needs that her UPS store can handle.
