This place is a necessary evil because I need them but I find myself avoiding them more and more. The staff are not friendly, nor are they patient and, are not shy about it. Not a very nice way to do business. The clerk literally pushed my item back towards me while I was looking for my return code, granted I could have located before hand but they don't understand some people may have worked all night have not yet gone to bed and are running a bit slower than normal. Spend your hard earned money else where, a place that appreciates your business, which is what I will be doing. They charge $3.00 to receive an email with a label! and .25 cents to print it, Can someone say gouging!! really? It's 1 piece of paper, Is that really good business practices? I'm amazed how businesses stay in business with these types of out rages charges... Shipping Point on W Beauregard will do it for no charge and their employees are always friendly. Terrible service and they refused me a receipt on an amazon return and just rushed me off.

Today I went in to try to track a very expensive package that I had sent off a couple of months ago that I just found out was not received. I no longer had the receipt from the day I dropped it off so I was frantic and went to the store as advised by the company that did not receive the package. The wonderful ladies in the store went above and beyond what I had expected in this situation. At that time, we were unable to find the package due to a lack of information but that had not stopped them from exerting a very unexpected amount of effort. I applaud their outstanding customer service, patients and valiant effort in assisting me. Happy ending! Though the fantastic ladies at the UPS Store were unable to locate the package (not due to anything within their control), I ended up locating it through the recipient and discovered that it was the recipient's mix up. read more

With the help of the personnel and owner of the UPS store on Knickerbocker, I was able to really appreciate my return to West Texas just because of the way I was treated. Pure West Texas hospitality!!! The level of professionalism displayed by all made me feel welcome and know the the slogan " we run the tightest ship in the shipping business" still runs true. Wow!!! This is the most unpleasant place to do business with. I was in around Christmas and everyone in there was rude! I get that it was their busy season, but that is no excuse to be rude! Went back in today and the owner was being rude and not very helpful to an old couple. Everyone has bad days, but really??? Wow they charge $3 for a tracking receipt? A little exuberant for a paid service. I was told each location operated differently and has different pricing. I've sent packages with prepaid labels and always got a receipt no charge. So obviously this location has pricing issues? I'd look at a different stores before handling business here. read more

I was having issues with my return for some scrubs - the company I ordered from said they sent my items on the 20th. I returned them on the 13th. Thank goodness for the gentlemen at the UPS store. They were able to locate the tracking number AND tell me the exact date, time, and person who signed for my return. The company I ordered from sure did some back peddling when I called them. I wish I could give this people zero stars. Women in their was rude to me when I asked a question.

Dropped off a package and while I waited, I mentioned I was on the way to the post office for stamps. "We can take care of that for you, no problem." My phone rings and my stamps are rung up while I'm talking on the phone. Driving home, I take a look at the receipt. This can't be right. There's a 40 percent "surcharge" for stamps and my bill is nearly $50 dollars higher than it would have been at the post office. I call them and explain that my company won't reimburse me the difference and was told that these can't be returned. Too bad. Won't be going there again for anything more than a drop-off. And maybe not even for that. My fault for not paying attention. They could have told me how large the "up fee" would be. I'm not against them making a profit, but this is just silly. read more

Have been a customer here for a year and a half. Went in to renew my mailbox and waited in line. Was told after waiting in line that they were only doing packages at the registers and they wouldn't renew our mailbox. We offered to wait but they still refused even though the only day of the week that we can get in to do this is Saturdays and it was due that day. So we left without paying. My husband went back in to ask if they no longer wanted our business.The store owner, Lorry, then asked another employee to phone 911 for a customer complaint. LOL We decided to wait for the officer to arrive, which he did about 30 min later. He went in and talked to the owner. He asked her if she was threatened in any way which she said no. He came out and visited with us. He completely agreed that it was absolutely absurd and a complete waste of law enforcement's time. Needless to say, we will find a mailbox at the post office instead of this place. Completely shocked at how we were treated. I'm still scratching my head over it. Merry Christmas to us!! We have used Lori's service since she opened. They have always had the best of service. Her employees are every bit as good as Chick Filla when you consider courtesy and accuracy. They are always in a great mood and willing to go above and beyond. They have done everything to protect us during the Covid 19 pandemic. I was waved in after waiting at the door for a register to become available. As soon as I got to the register, an old Hispanic woman in an orange shirt (I didn't catch her name) told me to go back outside to fill out a label. I was completing an amazon return so that was not necessary. After I said it was for amazon, the younger guy that was also at the register said he would take care of me. I started pulling up my code for the return (I was not even at the register for more than 1 minute) and the older lady asked "how long is this going to be, because I am gonna have to clear the register). I was not even inside for 1 minute!! I did not even have time to open my amazon app. She was hateful to me from the very beginning! Everyone else was kind and just tried to help but she has no customer service skills whatsoever!! I have worked in customer service for 5 years and know how to treat customers and that is not how it is done! Very disappointed! read more

Hands down the worst UPS store I've ever visited. Very poor service, rude, will charge you put a piece of tape on a box or urge you buy a roll for $5. Owner actually tossed my box back at me after I questioned her customer service practices. Very disappointed to see such bad business. They are the only store in the area and they take advantage of it. I'll report to UPS Franchise ops and BBB when I have the time. I did two returns to Amazon. One of the returns I got confirmation and the other one I did not. I emailed the store with the information of the return. They located my package and fixed the mistake in a very timely manner. I love using this location because they are always kind and it's very quick to run in make my Amazon return and run out. read more

The owner of this store conducts herself in a brash, unprofessional manner. She does not stock customary supplies provided free of charge from UPS. When questioned about UPS envelopes she abruptly exclaims "I have to make money too!" It was only after unpleasant conversation did I learn there is absolutely NO AFFILIATION between the UPS Store and UPS the worldwide shipping company. read more

Need better training here on how to operate the standard UPS software and why chain of custody is important for customers. I couldn't tell if he honestly didn't know how to print a simple drop off receipt or if he was trying to lean on me not to print my own shipping labels. If I could give this store a 0, I would.  I shipped a package 2 day delivery on Saturday, January 2, 2019. I tracked the package it showed that it was less than 5 miles from delivery area on January 5, 2019. The package did not arrive to destination until after 11:00 am today. The person at the store said it was not delivered due to icy conditions and that it was too bad and there was nothing they could do. This is beyond bad customer service. Not only was the shipping $69.15, the contents were also $40.00. were ruined and there was no attempt to deliver this by the 2 day or at least by the Saturday delivery. FedEx it is! read more

The staff here is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They advise options for the cheapest or fastest or most efficient method of shipping a parcel. If I just show up with items to be mailed, they will provide the appropriate size box, and include bubble wrap for fragile items. I have also gone to this store to print copies, with assistance if I need, or on my own if I prefer. The owner is always super helpful. Also, so many great impulse shopping items, and the complimentary candy bowl is a sweet home-town touch! The store is always clean, and the hours are convenient. This is one of my favorite local businesses, they seem to know everyone in town and treat all their customers like friends. read more

Staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Not the biggest or most modern UPS Store i've been to but for San Angelo it is great. I go here rather than the post office to mail packages because the lines are short and the staff are friendly. If you are a USAA customer you can deposit checks at this UPS Store. All you need is the check and your depit card. Deposits hit your account right away which is freaking awesome. read more

If I could I would give them a zero star because of all the crap they put me through. I had just left school and decided to mail some of my packages back to my house. I walked in with 4 boxes of different sizes 2 bigger boxes and 2 relatively smaller boxes. The cashier Aaron assisted me and was saying that he could save me move by combining my two smaller packages into a bigger box I was like that's fine anything to do to save money. The boxes were suppose to get delivered a day before I arrived back home. I come home and I was told I received 3 boxes and I'm thinking cool I got my stuff until I actually saw the actual packages. It was the 2 bigger boxes and 1 of the original smaller boxes. I'm thinking very weird so I start unpacking my boxes trying to realize what I'm missing. I called the store to let them know about the situation I get hung up on, called back and asked to speak to the manager and she told me that I need to weigh the box to see if it's all of my stuff was there although I told her that it wasn't she insisted that was the only way. Frustrated and pissed off I hang up and just continue with my day, trying to blow off steam. About 3 weeks later I received a package slightly thrown off I open it and it's my 2nd small package that I was mailing to myself. I then decided to call the store back because I did pay extra money to have my packages delivered early and whatnot. Again I just asked to speak to the manager and I tell her the situation and her only response was that "I was lucky to even receive this 4th package that they didn't have on file," no apology for the inconvenience or anything. I told the manager about a damaged Samsung Gear VR, her only response to that was that i was pretty much SOL because again this package wasnt on file. This was the worst experience I've had with a UPS store, I wouldn't use this particular store ever again. I hope my experience NEVER happens to anybody else. read more

Owner was very unprofessional towards her employee and me as the customer. Told her employee to go home. she then picked up the phone and called the police and told me to leave as she was calling them. That she is the owner of the business and it is a private business. read more
