I have been less than satisfied by the service here. I ordered business cards the week before a…read moreconference and found out that they would be finished within 24 hours which was great. I approved the proof as everything was correct and came by at the end of the day to pick up the order. To my dismay, my web address - specifically my name - was spelled wrong on my business cards. I asked to have it fixed and came back the next day. This time, an entirely different email address was on my business cards. The salesperson I spoke to was very blase and said she would have someone take care of it later. Usually FedEx locations are quick and responsive. I know there are plenty of things that can go wrong on custom orders, but a little customer service goes a long way to remedy things.

Like any other post office, they are understaffed, which causes delays, but the staff is helpful enough and they have positive attitudes. I mean if you need to mail something, by all means, but expect some delay depending on what time of day you stop by. I've come in around 3:30pm on a weekday and it was virtually empty, but I've also come in between 10am and 1pm on weekdays and the line is out the door. Just depends! Good luck! Maybe bring snacks :)

The tracking says a notice was left, I looked everywhere. On my door, in my mailbox and there was NOTHING. I used to go to big box stores to get copies printed or print out art stuff, but the lack of…read morecustomer service at the two main stores here in San Angelo left me wanting more. I stopped in here one day while I was downtown and ever since then, I won't go anywhere else to get my printing done. They are capable/knowledgeable and they get things done quickly and for a fair cost. The main guy up front (Steve) is nice and he always does a good job! Another fun thing - they have lots of scratch pads up front for an incredibly cheap price - perfect for to-do lists, grocery lists, or just a notepad on your desk - and they paper varies from pad to pad, but some of it is nice quality card stock! This place may be small and hidden, but it speaks volumes where customer service and quality are concerned - you should give them a try!
