I was in the area, on Knickerbocker Rd, when I decided to stop by Cell Phone Fix and request assistance with my cell phone. I was unable to remove the protective cover on the phone so that I could replace the SIMS card with a card from Consumer Cellular. I had previously taken the phone to the store of original purchase and they attempted and subsequently stated they were unable to remove the case. I asked the staff at Cell Phone Fix if I could pay him $20 to remove the protective case. He was very pleasant and cordial. Within 5 minutes the phone was ready to go. In addition, it was FREE! I wanted to thank Cell phone Repair for being fast, great customer service and explaining the process and not trying to rip me off like the spot in the mall. I had the other repair shop clean a simple thing to get it back not working and then refusing to take accountability for messing up my phone. I found this place and not only were they half the price they didn't try to squeeze a quick buck out of me. Fantastic service. I thought I'd broken my iPhone screen. When I brought it here they showed me that I'd only cracked the tempered glass screen protector. Fix cost me only $20 rather than $120! When they first replaced the screen protector, there were two tiny bubbles between the screen protector and the screen. I wouldn't have even noticed them if they hadn't pointed them out. So they did a second replacement and it can out perfect. Only took ~15 min. If I ever need a phone fixed again, I'm definitely coming here. read more

They are very professional and fast. They do more than just fix a broken glass screen. They repaired my phone when Sprint wanted $200 deductible to get a refurbished phone using their insurance program.
