I stopped in here one day while I was downtown and ever since then, I won't go anywhere else to get my printing done. They are capable/knowledgeable and they get things done quickly and for a fair cost. The main guy up front (Steve) is nice and he always does a good job! Another fun thing - they have lots of scratch pads up front for an incredibly cheap price - perfect for to-do lists, grocery lists, or just a notepad on your desk - and they paper varies from pad to pad, but some of it is nice quality card stock! This place may be small and hidden, but it speaks volumes where customer service and quality are concerned - you should give them a try!

The salesperson I spoke to was very blase and said she would have someone take care of it later. Usually FedEx locations are quick and responsive. I know there are plenty of things that can go wrong on custom orders, but a little customer service goes a long way to remedy things.

I don't have to go to multiple places, I just take them all here. The same young lady is always there and is always so kind. She was yelling me as soon as I got there asking for help and then acted like she couldn't help me. Then when I finally figured it out myself she then proceeded to print a label for me even though the instructions I received for my shipment stated the label did not need to be printed out only scanned and she did not handle my package with care (it was expensive & fragile) then without informing me prior , charged me for printing out the label. The office there also smelled very bad from food she was cooking in the back I suppose. Overall an awful experience and I do not recommend and will not return.

I leave, and they never call me about them being ready. I call back the next day and they are indeed ready so I picked them up. So they get the job done, but I couldn't believe what an awkward interaction it had to be.. it's like she was going out of her way to NOT do customer service.
