Yesterday I received a custom order of beautiful dresses and skirts from Nigeria that I had been…read moreexcitedly waiting on since I ordered them on Black Friday in November! As I ripped open the box I mentally pictured me wearing each article of clothing and swished and swayed in front of my mirror. After trying on each item, I quickly placed it to the side to try on the next! My excitement turned into panic when I put on my dress and tugged on the zipper that wouldn't budge past my lower back [WTH (heck)?!?!]. I grabbed my tape measurement and confirmed my measurements were still the same. At 125lbs I knew I couldn't stand to lose 10 more to get into the dress so I decided to visit a local seamstress to have the sides of the dress let out. As is custom when looking for "Recommendations", I sent out a request on Facebook and within seconds I was told to visit "Quality Embroidery". I called and spoke with Irma who said that I could bring the dresses in immediately. Once there, I tried on both dresses and learned that I only needed a little help zipping one of the dresses up -- problem solved! On the second dress we were not so lucky as the dress was too small in the bust area. After some thought, Irma asked if she could measure the dresses and "lo and behold" we quickly determined the dress was actually made smaller than my original request! She looked at me with a "know all things Seamstress" look and said, "I think you deserve a refund". She held her measuring tape over the dresses for comparison and I took photos and sent them to the seamstress in Nigeria right in front of her! Today, I received a response on Etsy from the seamstress who eventually conceded that the dress was smaller than intended and she is remaking the dress for free! I agreed to pay the shipping of the new dress because she simply asked that I gift the dress to a loved one that was able to wear it! I am so glad that I visited Quality Embroidery and highly recommend their services to all! Until the next alterations emergency!

Extremely unprofessional, bad communication, false advertisement, and bad business practices…read more Visiting the area for a girls weekend and wanted to show the group the Concho pearls. While there, I found and looked at one of the Concho pearl rings that I admired. Shortly after leaving, I went back to the store to get the price, try the ring on, and get more information on the ring. After a couple of hours debating, I decided to call the store back at 4:55PM and confirm that it was still available and when I could go in to purchase/ resize since I drive back home Sunday morning. The sales associate assured me the ring was still available and to come in at 10AM to pay and start the sizing process. After rearranging plans to be at the store at 10AM, the first sales associate said the ring was likely sold since it wasn't in the case. Within a minute the original sales associate came back and said that there had been a mistake. She went on to inform me that the business owner's daughter was labeling inventory and "mislabeled" the ring price. This "mislabeled" price wasn't noticed until the ring was pulled and was apparently now thousands of dollars more expensive then what the ring was advertised at. I understand that errors happen but to have looked at the ring twice, tried it on, taken pictures, and called to inquire about it, at no point during this process did it become clear that it was "mislabeled". Additionally, no one informed me prior to coming in that there was an error. A call ahead would have saved me the trip and inconvenience on adjusting our scheduled plans to go in. I have always loved the Concho pearl and was gifted a necklace from my finance from the store. Our goal was to start a collection of the Concho pearl and now I will never go back to Legend Jewelers and I will never recommend or bring people in. And after all of this, to have the audacity to ask if I wanted to buy anything else. I will take my money elsewhere.

My wife really liked this place the first time she washed clothes here as the staff are friendly…read moreand the place is clean, then she met the owner Charlotte. Charlotte does not like my toddler pushing the laundry carts or walking around the facility for that matter. Charlotte has a rude attitude towards my wife and child and has no customer service whatsoever. Last time my wife asked her and the employees to put her clothes in the dryer for her, as that is a service they offer. Charlotte asked "You can't wait 25 minutes?" 1.) This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer. No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. No prices are posted anywhere. Terrible business practice
