I knew what I wanted and even had a pic of it so I asked if they could provide something like it and they said they could. I sent then the pic of the flowers then we discussed how and which flowers they would use. It was perfect because they used some silk hydrangea that looked very real and we were able to take a few to save as souvenirs instead of dead and dried flowers. It was expensive but well worth it. I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself. Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right. Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me? I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours! The only flower shop I remember from when I lived in Angelo is Shirley Floral, and the ratings and reviews on Yelp for them are pretty awful. Your company shouldn't need a dedicated representative to sift through reviews on Yelp to apologize for the company's screw ups. After looking through multiple options on Yelp for San Angelo I ran across Southwest Florist and was so glad I chose to go with them. The website was mobile friendly and easy to use. I placed an order after hours the night before I needed the flowers delivered and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed! Mom received a beautiful bouquet before noon (as requested) and I would recommend Southwest Florist a million times over to anyone looking for reliable service and stunning flowers.

My SIL died & I needed to send Christmas sympathy flowers. They are an actual shop not internet scam, but I feel I got scammed worse. The ornament I liked is lower left. The rest is a giant bow with 1 red rose & 1 yellow mystery flower, the rest cheap weedy filler not yet opened. How can people do this and not feel certain karma will pay back double.
