It is across from the Teacher Store. I buy beads here all the time. Her and her husband run it and they told me they could get/sell beads cheaper than the competition and decided to open a store. I think they get them in Houston/Dallas. I wish I knew where! I will be moving to San Antonio soon but whenever I am in San Angelo this is where I will shop for my beads. Now all I have to do is find a place in San Antonio that is just as good. I gave it four stars not five because for five stars they would have to be huge and have a whole lot more variety, but for San Angelo its perfect!

Been in this store several times. selection is ok. when they 1st opened, the prices were…read morereasonable, then they started weighing the beads and jacked the prices up. i dont buy from anyone who considers weighing beads as a way to price them. then i started seeing them out at craft fairs selling loose beads. how are customers of thiers who sell jewelry, using beads purchased from them, suposed to be able to make money when they are selling supplies from under us at the same prices we buy them for. i will stick to buying online. great suppliers there that i know wont be undercutting vendors at a show. as a business owner, trying to make my business prosper is my concern. false customer care in the store, then show up at the same show as your customers seems like a good way to creat a bad reputation for your store and hurt your own business.

I met them at Chicken Farm in San Angelo. (On the 1st Saturday of the month, Chicken Farm has a craft show where vendors come and set up their booths). Super nice couple, very professional, and excellent quality items that you won't find in a big box store. I know they set up booths at other craft shows as well; I just can't remember which ones. As I ripped open the box I mentally pictured me wearing each article of clothing and swished and swayed in front of my mirror. After trying on each item, I quickly placed it to the side to try on the next! My excitement turned into panic when I put on my dress and tugged on the zipper that wouldn't budge past my lower back [WTH (heck)?!?!]. I grabbed my tape measurement and confirmed my measurements were still the same. At 125lbs I knew I couldn't stand to lose 10 more to get into the dress so I decided to visit a local seamstress to have the sides of the dress let out. As is custom when looking for "Recommendations", I sent out a request on Facebook and within seconds I was told to visit "Quality Embroidery". I called and spoke with Irma who said that I could bring the dresses in immediately. Once there, I tried on both dresses and learned that I only needed a little help zipping one of the dresses up -- problem solved! On the second dress we were not so lucky as the dress was too small in the bust area. After some thought, Irma asked if she could measure the dresses and "lo and behold" we quickly determined the dress was actually made smaller than my original request! She looked at me with a "know all things Seamstress" look and said, "I think you deserve a refund". She held her measuring tape over the dresses for comparison and I took photos and sent them to the seamstress in Nigeria right in front of her! Today, I received a response on Etsy from the seamstress who eventually conceded that the dress was smaller than intended and she is remaking the dress for free! I agreed to pay the shipping of the new dress because she simply asked that I gift the dress to a loved one that was able to wear it! I am so glad that I visited Quality Embroidery and highly recommend their services to all! Until the next alterations emergency!

Saw an ad for take out Thanksgiving Dinner for cheaper than I can buy a turkey breast! Called on…read moreMonday to reserve and picked up Wednesday afternoon for myself and husband. We had enough to make 2 meals out of each dinner! It was absolutely delicious. The Shop it's self was so interesting too, it basically a bunch of crafter booths. Jewelry, doggie treats, soaps and bath bombs, quilted and sewn items, and clothes. No to mention the store's signature jellies jams and salsas! Definitely going back for food and shop for gifts!

Iv never experienced such unpleasant customer service and horrible product. The behavior from the owner is astonishing. It's very clear that she (owner) rushed completing this project. The owner did not communicate fully with her employee resulting in miscommunication. After we returned the product she (owner) did not refund our money. She (owner) refused to make all of her mistakes right.
