Everything was well-made with great quality, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff (possibly the owners) were incredibly welcoming and friendly. After deliver, one of the seat cushions was mis-shaped in comparison to the rest of the cushions. Contacted the company and it was agreed that the cushion was defective and that they would replace it. They were supposed to send a new seat cushion, but instead I received an entire base section of the sofa. After delivery, we realized that the new piece was defective on the base portion! The stitching from right to left side was off over 3.5 inches along the front face. I called and sent photos and was again agreed the piece was defective. I was again sent a new section of the sofa. Now, the new cushion seat material has been sewn "stretched", which is causing the whole cushion to "crease" to one side! I have wasted so much time and spoke with so many different people trying to correct the flaws of the craftsmanship of this sofa! I'm exhausted with it. If you are looking for money=quality - this company has not been it!

However, there was a sale going on that included a free dog bed so that made up for it. My quote included the dog bed so once I measured at home and the sectional fit I came back today 8 days later on 7/16/25 to purchase. Once I got in I looked around for other furniture pieces for my daughters and myself. Got two additional quotes & dimensions for chest & dressers. Then went back up to the counter with my sectional quote from 7/8/25 told the sales person Kat I was ready to purchase the sectional. Kat began recreating the quote once we got down to the end she said you won't be getting the dog bed anymore you'll have to pay for it, the sale ended yesterday. I said but I just got this quote a week ago she said well it ended do you want to pay for the dog bed? I told her I'm paying $4,500+ dollars can I just get the dog bed? She said no the sale ended. I said well I was turned off in the beginning about delivery but now I'm not getting the dog bed either. I was willing too if I still got the dog bed. Kat said well I'm not going to twist your arm it's going in your house. I said okay, thank you. And she handed my quote back to me and I left. Ultimately the dog bed was not what cancelled the sale but Kat's cold attitude and lack of customer service to even try and consult a manager on duty.Kats demeanor seemed as if she was uninterested in making a sale or wanting my business. This experience didn't just stop the sale of a $4,600 sectional but won't have me returning to purchase any dressers for my girls. I'm not anyone special but if I was her I definitely would have tried to speak with a manager to just inquire if there was something that could be done. Just the extra step of trying goes a long way.

The delivery guys blamed it on old parts but they were responsible for what happened. Mr. Bratton had asked my dad if he knew a plumber and his idea of fixing this was offering them free sheets ($100 value). They just purchased a high priced washing machine and now have to replace floors and walls in multiple rooms at the expense of his employees. He said he is not responsible and feels like he's done enough taking care of the plumber. Mr. Bratton, If I brought my kids into your store and they destroyed several of your displays and I said "I'll pay for one, I feel like that's enough." Better yet, here's this sign I made, it's worth $100. You would not consider that to be right considering the damage that was done. How is what you are doing to my parents right? A good name is far greater than great riches. Which means more to you sir? I am sharing this review on every outlet and you can call my dad to do the right thing. If you don't, I will know you do not seek to be a man of integrity.

Once our items were paid for, there was little initiative to come through with repairs. Delivery takes a long time and when its delivered broken, there are more complications. We believed that they thought we would just "go away" if they didn't fix the issues. Our salesman was very kind to order us a pillow for our chair as a "sorry for the issues" gift . However, that was August when ordered and if asked about the status of the "gift", he says I have no idea when it will be delivered and chuckles.

We picked a couch on clearance and they immediately pulled it down so we could check it out. The purchase was smooth and quick. The salesman was so nice! We were only able to get a delivery date a week and a half out, but he promised to call if an earlier one opened up. Imagine our surprise when he called that same afternoon and offered us a date a week earlier? From start to finish our experience rocked! We're leaving the area soon, but if we were staying we'd do all of our furniture purchases here!

His attitude was completely different between how he treated me vs my wife. The first bit of furniture we bought my wife dealt with someone else and had a pleasant experience. We went to buy a full bed with mattress, dresser, night stand. He went through a whole story on how he doesn't carry full and tried convincing us we should get a queen. I told him I found one on his website that we wanted. He looked and said they didn't carry a full. I had to point out they did but in the grey frame. He then tried talking me out of it saying he would have to mark it up 20% to compensate for shipping. He did the same thing when we wanted a mattress from online. He tried getting us to buy a $600 in store mattress vs the $194 mattress with his 20% mark up. When we picked a nightstand he pointed out the other matched the dresser we were buying. I said we wanted that one because it offered usb ports. He lied and said that one did also. We didn't look just took him for his word. He pointed out we would need a wood base for our mattress and said he would add it. He never did. We did not notice this until we got our delivery 8 weeks later. We made the mistake of not making him itemized his invoice so we were not sure if we were charged or not. When called he said he would let us have it for $100 it would be 108 for tax. We called again on Monday at 4:45pm to confirm the price and that he had one available. He argued the price and insisted he never said that. He finally conceded and said come pick it up we are open until 6. We arrived at 5:10pm to find he had closed his store. It wasn't worth the hassle to make him honor his word. I was very apparent he was going to do anything possible to avoid it. So we bought a base from another store at $103 with free shipping. We were wanting to refurnish our whole house. We decided to take our business somewhere else.
