The worker manning the framing department (Joseph Z.) heard me out and worked on the piece. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call that my framed photo was ready for pick up! Arriving back at the framing department, Joseph shared with me that he was able to successfully dry-mount the picture (no more wrinkles!), correctly placed the glass (because it was originally incorrectly installed) so the scratch-proof side is now facing outward, and replaced one of the wire hinges because it was slightly damaged. Joseph is the most competent frame worker I've had the pleasure of working with; he takes his projects with personal pride and he does it with extreme efficiency! Definitely coming back here for any of my framing needs and highly recommend anyone needing maintenance on framed pictures -- ask for Joseph!! Bravissimo Hobby Lobby and Joseph Z! I spoke with the manager to brainstorm ways to get the item shipped to me as the distribution center would not pick it up and ship to the store closest to me. The first salesperson put me off after a day or so. I had to call several times to followup on the item for over a week. I needed dimensions for the prepaid shipping label. The salesperson literally could not measure the box and correctly provide L X W X H. The shipping company would get the prepaid label and the store only had to ensure the item was ready for pickup. They were unwilling to assist in coordinating the shipping. The literally missed out on a sale because none of them could proble solve. Very poor customer service!!!

We went to buy a full bed with mattress, dresser, night stand. He went through a whole story on how he doesn't carry full and tried convincing us we should get a queen. I told him I found one on his website that we wanted. He looked and said they didn't carry a full. I had to point out they did but in the grey frame. He then tried talking me out of it saying he would have to mark it up 20% to compensate for shipping. He did the same thing when we wanted a mattress from online. He tried getting us to buy a $600 in store mattress vs the $194 mattress with his 20% mark up. When we picked a nightstand he pointed out the other matched the dresser we were buying. I said we wanted that one because it offered usb ports. He lied and said that one did also. We didn't look just took him for his word. He pointed out we would need a wood base for our mattress and said he would add it. He never did. We did not notice this until we got our delivery 8 weeks later. We made the mistake of not making him itemized his invoice so we were not sure if we were charged or not. When called he said he would let us have it for $100 it would be 108 for tax. We called again on Monday at 4:45pm to confirm the price and that he had one available. He argued the price and insisted he never said that. He finally conceded and said come pick it up we are open until 6. We arrived at 5:10pm to find he had closed his store. It wasn't worth the hassle to make him honor his word. I was very apparent he was going to do anything possible to avoid it. So we bought a base from another store at $103 with free shipping. We were wanting to refurnish our whole house. We decided to take our business somewhere else.

The clothing was more urban styles maybe because of the area. The kitchen and indoor household items had a good variety and the prices were about 20-40 off retail. I bought a towel rack that could be installed over a cabinet door for the kitchen or bathroom. This store was about half the size of a Marshall's. They also had electronic accessories like you would see at other discounted retail stores. It was easy to shop, I will visit it again to see what item they get periodically.
