Even after explaining that I had just grabbed a business card of an item that I was interested in and NOT the actual for sale item AND briefly showed the lady behind the counter the contents in my bag so she would chill she scoffed at me and continued staring at me and my friend while we tried to shop and browse. My friend later mentioned that she had been staring at us since we walked in. It ruined the whole experience and made us very uncomfortable so we left. Very disappointing I was really enjoying the first 5 min that I got to browse around for. Would consider going back if that lady wasn't behind the register next time.

I did not experience the loitering smokers one reviewer described on either day I was here, and both days the vendors covering the store were friendly and helpful, glad for my purchases without making me feel like I had to buy anything at all. There is so much to see, something fun at every price point, and I love supporting a co-op that allows vendors to have a storefront that would otherwise be too expensive. If I lived here I'd be here every week just to see what was new!

And everything is in excellent condition. No fixer upper projects here...it's all clean and ready to add to your home or office. If you love MCM you need to make plans to drive out to this cute little town to check out the store. Be sure to ask about staying at the retro B&B while you're there...it's an almost untouched time capsule of 50s style, including a huge, spectacular turquoise tile bathroom. The owner Wes is super friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned something new about TV lamps, which are my favorite things to hunt for at vintage shops and flea markets. Who knew I would walk away with THREE incredible additions to my lamp collection?!?! Be sure to check their Facebook page or call for hours because they're not open every day. Goodwill always a deal this store had a little of every and especially the PS2 games I was looking for. The the cable I needed for an older laptop. The books and cd selection was less than I have seen at many other goodwills. They had some good buys on New dollar store type items. You have to go with open mind find the real treasures in any thrift store. I have found good things here so far. If you stop in once a week you find a lot of items that weren't here the last time you cane in. Always great deals here. Books have gotten better and more cd every couple weeks
