When you go into the store you'll be standing around wondering if they saw you while they talk to their friends and ignore you. I happened to be on the phone with my husband as he was trying to purchase a $5000 blind and he was trying to get somebody's attention to wait on him. He ended up leaving to go buy one somewhere else. As a small business owner myself owning a retail store I would be appalled if my customers were retreated in this way. Especially when I called to speak to the owner and I have a discussion about this issue. This is not the first time it happened unfortunately at this store. When I called to discuss, I was greeted with an attitude and no apologies by the "manager" the only response was that they're busy. I would say they're not too busy to make a $5000 sale but maybe they have more business than they need. hopefully they can use this review and make their business better as no business likes to get a bad review, especially when it is true. We've tried to buy protein for our 3 feeders that we bought from them a few years ago and we have had to go elsewhere because of the attitude and unwillingness to make the sale as well. Maybe they can have a training session on how to have better customer service. I'm sure we are not the only ones that have experience this. If you're in the market for a blind, go to Ace Hardware or Moores farm and supply, they are much more friendly and eager for your money.

Believe it or not there are people I talk to that have lived here all their lives and not been. I must admit I became aware of enchanted Rock about 12 or 13 years before I visited. Shame on me. We hydrated ourselves 24 hours before and took plenty of water and hydration salts. Safety first. Keep on the trails!! It is very easy to get lost.
