Another florist in town initially took an order through FTD, confirmed the order to have flowers delivered to the local funeral home by a specific time for viewing, and failed not only to fill the order but failed to give notice until 24 hours later after the funeral service the next day that they were not able to make the delivery. The Petal Patch took my order, and hand delivered flowers to the family home. Kudos to them.

I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. Your company shouldn't need a dedicated representative to sift through reviews on Yelp to apologize for the company's screw ups. After looking through multiple options on Yelp for San Angelo I ran across Southwest Florist and was so glad I chose to go with them. The website was mobile friendly and easy to use. I placed an order after hours the night before I needed the flowers delivered and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed! Mom received a beautiful bouquet before noon (as requested) and I would recommend Southwest Florist a million times over to anyone looking for reliable service and stunning flowers.
