I got a call from the florist that lilies for the arrangement might not be available by the time they delivered my order because so many orders ahead of mine also called for lilies. I asked them to do whatever they thought best to make it pretty for my friend (because this lovely person is now a friend of mine, too). I usually order my flowers in San Angelo, TX from Shirley's, but I thought I'd give this florist a shot, and what a disappointment it was. I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself. Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right. Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me? I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours! So, Mother's Day is a very special day for a mom. Our children try to make us feel special by sending flowers and doing nice things for us on this day. My son lives in Austin, Texas and he always sends flowers. Usually they come from another country like Brazil because they have the most beautiful and unique flowers. I am always thrilled to see what comes each year. This year my son decided to order them on the internet and he had no idea what floral shop they would be coming from or what they would look like. Bouquets Unique called me for a delivery today and they just delivered them. I have to admit, I am entirely disappointed. The arrangement looks like something a kid threw together in a glass vase. I will most certainly post a picture and understand my son paid $70.00's for this mess. To show you the difference my son has a mother-in-law and sister-in-law in Austin that he also wanted to give flowers to. So, he decided to go to HEB and purchase flowers and make them himself to save money. He sent me pictures of the arrangements he made and spent less than the ones he ordered for me. When my 28 year old son can put together 2 arrangements cheaper than the one delivered to me and they look 100 times better than the ones delivered to my front door.....Houston We Have A Problem. I told my son if he wasn't already making so much money, maybe he should think about opening a flower shop. Lol The pictures will be provided with this post and the two that look alike are the ones my son made himself and the smaller, colorful one with the card is the one that was delivered to me by the flower shop. I think anyone would agree that the smaller one looks pathetic, with no actual thought put into it. Whoever did this arrangement was lazy and really didn't care. I would not suggest this business and I can most certainly see why their review score is so low. People send flowers to show they CARE, maybe the person arranging them should CARE enough to send that same message. Just saying.... Sincerely, A very Disappointed MOM. read more

Through the years, I've tried a lot of florists. None compare to Biuquets Unique. Even when I find an arrangement online to be delivered in another town but want some color changes, they called and worked with other florist so I could have exactly what I wanted. read more

We ordered flowers for our boss who is leaving through 1800flowers. We spent 80$ on a large bouquet and we were EXTREMELY disappointed with what we received. The "large" bouquet had 5 roses, 3 white flowers, 4 open stems of pink flowers, and 4 purple stems of flowers. There was a type of flowers that were completely neglected. The roses are bruised, numerous flowers were wilting and sagging. We called 1800Flowers and they gave us a 50% refund and we're very helpful and kind. Less than 10 minutes later, a representative from Bouquets Unique called and we're berating when talking to us. She told us they were 'fresh' and that they couldn't be wilting. Then proceeded to name off flowers and ask what was wrong with them. If you can't tell based off how I named these up top, we don't know our flowers very well. She was very rude and condescending. 1800Flowers had already taken care of the problem and there was no need to be short and rude to us. read more

I ordered the "Steal The Show by Teleflora with Roses - Standard" very last minute around pm 4:30 and requested for an am delivery the next day. I was worried it really wouldn't make it there and was also unsure if the arrangement would really look like the picture. This morning at 9:30 I received an email thanking me for the beautiful flowers along with a picture, it looked exactly like the one I saw online. Delivering flowers during COVID is a little harder, but Bouquets Unique rose to the challenge beautifully! A four day trip across several states can be rough on a plant and sadly, our son's favorite aloe didn't make it. Being several states away and not knowing anyone in the area, I called Bouquets Unique randomly. Becky was a tremendous help. She listened to what I wanted and then made a thoughtful suggestion. Her demeanor was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Leaving things in her hands was the right call. I am completely unhappy with my order. I ordered the "How Sweet It Is" size "As Shown" (not a huge bouquet, but a good size). The picture online reflects 6 small roses, 6 small daisies, carnations and of course the green filler. The deluxe and premium sizes have more of each flower in it (makes sense b/c they're bigger). It's a beautiful bouquet! So I ordered the small one. It was delivered & had no daisies, 2 roses & approx. 8 carnations. It was literally thrown together. I am not happy with this bouquet at all. I'm embarrassed that this is what was delivered. I will never again order from this florist. read more

I used this florist via 1800Flowers for a spray. While the arrangement was pretty it was delivered an hour after the visitation had started at a local funeral home. It was embarrassing to the family. Don't recommend this florist if you have to have your flowers delivered at a specific time. read more
