    Beautiful Peace Lily

    Ordered Sunday, they delivered Monday. Highly recommend. Very reasonable price.

    I live out of town and ordered a plant for my Mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I did this order online through Flowers from you. Well I had such a hastle with that company and she did not receive her plant but received flowers three days after Mother's Day. The company said there were no plants available in San Angelo and they would have to substitute for flowers. Well after a long conversation with the company they made it right by sending her flowers from Shirley's. They were beautiful BUT Shirley's went a step above that. They did have the plant we originally ordered and they also delivered that to my Mother-in-law free of charge. Although the original problem was not Shirley's fault they went out of there way to make things right! I am so grateful for that. From now on I will be calling them directly to order flowers!!

I got a call from the florist that lilies for the arrangement might not be available by the time they delivered my order because so many orders ahead of mine also called for lilies. I asked them to do whatever they thought best to make it pretty for my friend (because this lovely person is now a friend of mine, too).     I usually order my flowers in San Angelo, TX from Shirley's, but I thought I'd give this florist a…read moreshot, and what a disappointment it was. I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself. Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right. Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me? I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours!
