San Angelo, TX location. I've never been so mortified. Knowing I was at the other end of country they felt they could send literally nothing for over $100. My SIL died & I needed to send Christmas sympathy flowers. They are an actual shop not internet scam, but I feel I got scammed worse. The ornament I liked is lower left. The rest is a giant bow with 1 red rose & 1 yellow mystery flower, the rest cheap weedy filler not yet opened. How can people do this and not feel certain karma will pay back double. I ordered a large spray for my Uncles funeral and specifically wanted yellow, red, and purple flowers. I found one on their website and called to place the order. I gave her the name of the arrangement and she said the explained what I was looking for. The lady I spoke with said they could do that and add a sash. I paid $370 and it's NOTHING like I wanted!! I was so upset - this florist was recommended by Shafer funeral home but next time I'll go with my instincts to check reviews before I order. What a rip off for what was supposed to be the perfect memorial piece. read more

Paid $55 for a plastic vase and flowers we explicitly said not to include. Spoke with Joelle and asked for white daisies and magenta carnations. She asked if we wanted lavender accent and we told her no. Those are in the arrangement. Explicitly said no pink and if they didn't have magenta carnations no hot pink, go the purple side. I ordered online, received a call from Christie. She asked me what I was looking for in my bouquet, and informed me that as it was late in the day and the lilies were completely closed, we may need to look at other options. I know nothing about flowers, and it was a very special occasion. I asked her to please find something purple (as it is our new Mom's favorite color) and put together an arrangement with love, other than that and a price range, I had no direction. The results were utterly beautiful, and she managed to get the arrangement to the hospital that afternoon. My finance called this flower shop in advance to try and set something up for our wedding. They said to come in after the New Years, which we did, probably on the 2nd or 3rd. When we went in the staff seemed really unfriendly and didn't want to help us, but they did eventually. When we reminded them our date, Feb. 14, they told us they couldn't help us at all. The whole time we were in there though the workers sort of just glared at us. We ended up going to Unique Botiques instead, the staff there was really friendly and I would highly recommend the over these people. read more

Rip off!!! I ordered flowers early online for my mom for Mothers day. I got a call from Donna at the shop explaining that they don't have exactly what I ordered, so she asks if she can substitute flowers... Here's where I should have had her clarify the kind of flower substitution because I got ripped off! My order was lilies and purple roses. I assumed she would just use a different color rose. NOOOPE! She used carnations and daisies. Then she tells me she has to charge me twice as much for delivery because my mom lives outside of town, which is fine. Well they wound up being delivered to her work so I got charged extra for no reason. When I called to straighten things out, I was told that the website has the wrong prices so the flowers I got were filled for the cost... I would never spend almost $50 for some dang carnations!! I couldn't even get a refund for the extra delivery fee. I got "store credit", like I'm ever ordering flowers from here again!!! So in the end my total was $81 for some crap flowers. At least my mom was happy with them little did she know she should have gotten a much nicer arrangement. :/ read more
