Tyler the owner is really nice to visit with and if you are looking for something special or unique he can probably get it for you. We were wanting a vintage light for our home office and Tyler brought one in and it was just what we were looking for. The one star is for Makayla. She was great!…read more My parents bought a washer two days ago and got a broken pipe with flooding as a bonus. The delivery guys blamed it on old parts but they were responsible for what happened. Mr. Bratton had asked my dad if he knew a plumber and his idea of fixing this was offering them free sheets ($100 value). They just purchased a high priced washing machine and now have to replace floors and walls in multiple rooms at the expense of his employees. He said he is not responsible and feels like he's done enough taking care of the plumber. Mr. Bratton, If I brought my kids into your store and they destroyed several of your displays and I said "I'll pay for one, I feel like that's enough." Better yet, here's this sign I made, it's worth $100. You would not consider that to be right considering the damage that was done. How is what you are doing to my parents right? A good name is far greater than great riches. Which means more to you sir? I am sharing this review on every outlet and you can call my dad to do the right thing. If you don't, I will know you do not seek to be a man of integrity.

Within a few seconds, I was pointed in the right direction. This process made it easier and much faster than wandering aimlessly through aisles hoping I'd be able to find what I needed. Also, there is a self-checkout for a much quicker process. My whole experience from entrance to exit was about five minutes. I will definitely come here again if I have any further hardware needs.

While some of it is on the higher side, it's all lovely and colorful designs predominantly from Mexico. I thought I recognized this store too... it used to be in Ruidoso, NM, which has been recently ravaged by rain floods. If you pray, will you say one for those folks and their deceased loved ones? They have a stunning selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, Chimineas, dishes, bowls, table and wall decor, rugs, paintings, light covers, patio chairs and umbrellas, and one-of-a-kind signs--plus so much more! Everything was well-made with great quality, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff (possibly the owners) were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Selection: great, albeit not exhaustive. +1 People:…read morecompetent and helpful, even when policies dictate them otherwise. +1 Prices: so-so. +0 Stupid policies render this location extremely unfriendly for casual, ride-by visits. I carry my antique Lumia with me all the time (it's still my primary phone) and my handheld camera on most of my bike rides. Leaving them at the front desk is not an option for me. It shouldn't be the only option left for you, either. -1 Total: baseline (3/fair) + 2 - 1 = 4 stars. I told the manager that I prefer the Home Depot policy. The store is a public space; no one has "reasonable expectations of privacy" while shopping anyway. Install cameras, and stop inconveniencing people for no reason. What's funny, one of the items I bought this time (btw, thanks for a stellar consultation on the matter!) was a contactless voltage tester. Contactless means it sees through walls. No educated person believes in the so-called expectations of privacy these days. Relax and adopt the scientific truth. Pics: the contactless tester and a store-approved bag that can be used while shopping. If I get turned down while wearing _this_ one, I amend the review to 1 star.
