Why did the item have one price?And then the ladies told me a way higher price that wasn't on the tag? People, this is The Salvation Army, not Dillard's or Macy's.People go in there to pay a fraction of the cost of a garage sale , and I got argued with over a pair of overalls that had something on the front of them anyways. The economy is bad right now enough. And you're getting argued with at The Salvation Army about a price that they had on the tag and the service was not very nice either.

The delivery guys blamed it on old parts but they were responsible for what happened. Mr. Bratton had asked my dad if he knew a plumber and his idea of fixing this was offering them free sheets ($100 value). They just purchased a high priced washing machine and now have to replace floors and walls in multiple rooms at the expense of his employees. He said he is not responsible and feels like he's done enough taking care of the plumber. Mr. Bratton, If I brought my kids into your store and they destroyed several of your displays and I said "I'll pay for one, I feel like that's enough." Better yet, here's this sign I made, it's worth $100. You would not consider that to be right considering the damage that was done. How is what you are doing to my parents right? A good name is far greater than great riches. Which means more to you sir? I am sharing this review on every outlet and you can call my dad to do the right thing. (He was only crying, because we were in line so long.) So unprofessional! I go into your store about once a week and I have only had one friendly clerk. As soon as I came in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Then, later on while I was browsing I was checked on multiple times and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I thought the store was set up well and I liked the different displays that were out. The clothing was more urban styles maybe because of the area. The kitchen and indoor household items had a good variety and the prices were about 20-40 off retail. I bought a towel rack that could be installed over a cabinet door for the kitchen or bathroom. This store was about half the size of a Marshall's. They also had electronic accessories like you would see at other discounted retail stores. It was easy to shop, I will visit it again to see what item they get periodically.
