After deliver, one of the seat cushions was mis-shaped in comparison to the rest of the cushions. Contacted the company and it was agreed that the cushion was defective and that they would replace it. They were supposed to send a new seat cushion, but instead I received an entire base section of the sofa. After delivery, we realized that the new piece was defective on the base portion! The stitching from right to left side was off over 3.5 inches along the front face. I called and sent photos and was again agreed the piece was defective. I was again sent a new section of the sofa. Now, the new cushion seat material has been sewn "stretched", which is causing the whole cushion to "crease" to one side! I have wasted so much time and spoke with so many different people trying to correct the flaws of the craftsmanship of this sofa! I'm exhausted with it. If you are looking for money=quality - this company has not been it!

Once I got in I looked around for other furniture pieces for my daughters and myself. Got two additional quotes & dimensions for chest & dressers. Then went back up to the counter with my sectional quote from 7/8/25 told the sales person Kat I was ready to purchase the sectional. Kat began recreating the quote once we got down to the end she said you won't be getting the dog bed anymore you'll have to pay for it, the sale ended yesterday. I said but I just got this quote a week ago she said well it ended do you want to pay for the dog bed? I told her I'm paying $4,500+ dollars can I just get the dog bed? She said no the sale ended. I said well I was turned off in the beginning about delivery but now I'm not getting the dog bed either. I was willing too if I still got the dog bed. Kat said well I'm not going to twist your arm it's going in your house. I said okay, thank you. And she handed my quote back to me and I left. Ultimately the dog bed was not what cancelled the sale but Kat's cold attitude and lack of customer service to even try and consult a manager on duty.Kats demeanor seemed as if she was uninterested in making a sale or wanting my business. This experience didn't just stop the sale of a $4,600 sectional but won't have me returning to purchase any dressers for my girls. I'm not anyone special but if I was her I definitely would have tried to speak with a manager to just inquire if there was something that could be done. Just the extra step of trying goes a long way.

The clothing was more urban styles maybe because of the area. The kitchen and indoor household items had a good variety and the prices were about 20-40 off retail. I bought a towel rack that could be installed over a cabinet door for the kitchen or bathroom. This store was about half the size of a Marshall's. They also had electronic accessories like you would see at other discounted retail stores. It was easy to shop, I will visit it again to see what item they get periodically.

So, I made my way over to that side of town. I walked in and was impressed with the amount of stuff they had, but not so much with their prices. Everything seemed way overpriced (or maybe I just shop at Ross too much). I was able to find a bunch of Yankee Candle Company items on clearance and left $32 poorer. Then, I got home and noticed the mail my husband had gone to check from the day before. There sitting on top of the pile--somehow I missed it completely--was a $5 off coupon for Bed Bath and Beyond.
