This is a really nice boutique shop in San Angelo! I stopped in one day during one of their clearance sales and I was very happy with my experience. As soon as I came in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Then, later on while I was browsing I was checked on multiple times and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I thought the store was set up well and I liked the different displays that were out. I tried on a few different things in their dressing room and ended up getting a dress and a tunic for only! $10 (both were on clearance) What a steal! read more

First of all everything in the store is adorable. I have always had a good experience with all employees, however the owner the lovely and fashionable lady is getting a bad rap. She has always been nothing but sweet and fun to me. It can be intimidating to enter a boutique, let's face it we all think they are snobs right? The truth is they r working just like anyone else is. They r on their feet all day usually making little money also. So keep that in mind next time you go shopping. They are happy you are there, without you they wouldn't have jobs. First time ever in this store. Upon walking in I went to look at the sales rack. The snobby older lady without prompting said, the XL items have a pink ball on the hanger. Those are junior sizes...... UGH thanks for the fat shame. I have a gorgeous 25 year old daughter that is a small/medium that I was looking for. After that comment I decided I would not be spending a dime in that store. The older lady was not pleasant or helpful. The items I looked at were severely over priced. Maybe it's a status thing for this arm pit of a town to shop there, but I will gladly drive to Austin to shop in boutiques.... read more

I will start by saying I have only shopped there a total of 3 times. I am a bargain shopper, and at times they do giveaways or great sales. Anytime I've gotten a steal on pricing I always get stuck checking out with an older woman. This woman ALWAYS has the most unhappy, disgruntled look as if I have stolen her joy. Not my fault y'all gave gift cards away and I got to use it. Not my fault YOU had to discount clothing that didn't sell. I have met Dana before which is the sweetest lady! If only I could have her assist me rather than the older woman. Probably won't go back in store. May only shop online due to miss sassy pants. read more

I've been debating on whether or not to post this, but as a high school business teacher I feel like it is a great lesson for my students in business ethics, customer relations, and the power of social media. On Feb. 14th, I was in Grigsby's exchanging a pair of Kendra Scott earrings and I asked if they knew of a place that hemmed pants. A young lady told me that Grigsby's did and it was free! I asked how long it would take and I was told only 24 hours. I happily left my pants with them. A week went by and they still weren't ready. I called on Feb. 21st stating that I really needed them because I was going out of town with my students. I was told that Carol hadn't gotten to them yet, but she would have them done by the end of the day. After school I went to pick them up and rushed home to pack. I didn't look at them in the store (my fault), but I was assuming that the quality of the work would be great. I was astounded and disappointed at how terrible they looked. There is crooked double stitching for about 2 inches on one pant leg then it switches to single, strings everywhere, and a gap with absolutely no stitches. I'm not sure what the problem was. Maybe they were angry that I called needing them? Whatever the case, Grigsby's should not offer a service to their customers if they can't provide quality work. I love their products, but after this experience, I will hesitate before I shop here again. read more

LOVE this store, LOVE the staff! As far as the comments that others have posted - I can't discount "their" experience, but I have NEVER had anyone be rude - in fact, quite the OPPOSITE - EVERY SINGLE TIME. As far as the pants - the service was "complimentary" and it was "a hem"... Im not saying that the work shouldn't be quality, but if you wanted perfection in a HEM, then maybe you should have found a seamstress that charged you for the work. A hem, IMHO serves a FUNCTION rather than needing to be perfect. A hemline at the bottom of black pants is not something that anyone would ever notice. It makes me sad to see a "review" like this.. From a business teacher who posted based on "ethics" to teach students. What I see is a customer who received a FREE service, who didn't check to be sure she was happy, who didn't give the business the opportunity to "make it right." If THEY didn't do the job right, then AS A CUSTOMER /BUSINESS teacher, you didn't do yours right either, which would have been to check the service before leaving the store. You didn't give them an opportunity to fix it and you ripped them apart on social media. I'm the parent of 2 boys. I want my children to be kind, understanding, thoughtful boys who can adapt. I want them to look at situations that aren't ideal with grace and try to do the right thing. Free hem gone awry... Not ideal, but not a deal breaker. I would explain to them that I wanted my pants hemmed and rather than finding an expensive seamstress, who only sews for a living.. I decided to have a shop do it because they offered it to me for free. In life, we get what we pay for and in this case, maybe mom should have elected to have seamstress hem. We live and learn. In my opinion, this wasnt about ethics at all. Doesn't sound like you even made an attempt for them to make it right? Carol, Dana and their staff are incredible and I'd given the chance, THEY WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT. read more

I don't enjoy shopping in this store because of the rude employees. I always get ignored when I go into the store. It's not an enjoyable environment to shop in because you feel judged by the employees. Overall I would rather just not shop in this store. read more

a neat store with lots of fashion items to choose from. I dragged my husband in the store with me....in need of retail therapy!!!. I will be coming back to this store when traveling through San Angelo. The young ladies in the store are very upbeat, friendly & helpful! read more
