I bought items from this shop. A pair of boot tips and a pair of heel covers. A couple months later I found the perfect pair of boots to put these on. After wearing once someone pointed out one of my tips was missing. It turns out that the nails provided which attach the tips are not the correct size. The head of the nails are smaller than the holes on the tips so the boot tip just slides right off. Next, one of the stones came off of the heel cover. I live in the UK, to buy both of these, then ship and pay customs it was very expensive so for this to happen was more that a little annoying. So I emailed the company. I knew that despite me only just using the item that it had been a couple of months since I had made the purchase so I couldn't get a refund but I felt it was important to let them know about the nails being the wrong size. I emailed and got no response. I messaged the Facebook. I could see they were reading my messages but no response. That was very irritating and rude. I posted on their Facebook which I knew would get attention. They deleted the post and I immediately got an email just saying I wasn't getting a refund. I replied saying I didn't ask for one but I felt they should know about the issues as customers are paying a lot of money for an item to just fall off and that should be something they are concerned about. No email response, no 'thank you for bringing it to our attention' and no 'we will look into it' Nothing at all. I spent a lot of money on boot tips which I now can't wear as one is missing and heal tips which I can't wear as one is missing the large stone. Bad products and worse customer service. read more
