The worker manning the framing department (Joseph Z.) heard me out and worked on the piece. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call that my framed photo was ready for pick up! Arriving back at the framing department, Joseph shared with me that he was able to successfully dry-mount the picture (no more wrinkles!), correctly placed the glass (because it was originally incorrectly installed) so the scratch-proof side is now facing outward, and replaced one of the wire hinges because it was slightly damaged. Joseph is the most competent frame worker I've had the pleasure of working with; he takes his projects with personal pride and he does it with extreme efficiency! Definitely coming back here for any of my framing needs and highly recommend anyone needing maintenance on framed pictures -- ask for Joseph!! Bravissimo Hobby Lobby and Joseph Z!
