Sierra was not helpful and seemed to only be interested in whom she was texting off her phone. She didn't loose out on 1 not 2 but 3 sales because she was worried about leaving at 6. She was rushing us to see which phone we wanted and told us only had 9 minutes to decode or it couldn't be done I'm not one to be rushed but if your employees are too lazy to stay and make 3 sales. They should not be working there. Said he couldn't find his testing equipment for the past 2 days. What!??? Told him that I've been calling, stopping by and the store hasn't been open. His response was that he was there today by 3:00 and that he has another job. He never called me to let me know that he hadn't even looked at it or nothing and now I am suppose to be satisfied not having my computer looked at as promised because he has another job???? He then said he was really busy because he's the cheapest around town. Well, I would rather pay the extra for service on time and someone with better business values!!
