As well as they won't update you with notifications or give a simple call back with the extension x2111 that they provide for you. It's a shame that this store has employees that work for them to fix high cost products and leave the customer in the unknown of when the product is fixed and when it is arriving and when it is ready for pick up. If you can save time by sending in your repairs online if possible. They do not care here at all. My product was sitting in their storage and no one contacted me, I had to get updates from Apple directly and I called corporate Best Buy to complain. Corporate said they would have someone and a manager call me twice and no one called. This store is absolute garbage. Their servicing needs to be reevaluated asap.

Sierra was not helpful and seemed to only be interested in whom she was texting off her phone. She didn't loose out on 1 not 2 but 3 sales because she was worried about leaving at 6. She was rushing us to see which phone we wanted and told us only had 9 minutes to decode or it couldn't be done I'm not one to be rushed but if your employees are too lazy to stay and make 3 sales. They should not be working there. We told her we would else where if it was too much trouble for her " She said OK" they wouldn't provide a last name but she had facial jewelry and black stars on her face. Not friendly. Not helpful. Not professional. We drove over an hour and a half and left Verizon contemplating switching providers.

Suppose to open at 2:30 on all 3 days that I've tried calling and driving by there and not there. Stop in today to inquire about my computer and the guy hasn't even looked at it!! Said he couldn't find his testing equipment for the past 2 days. What!??? Told him that I've been calling, stopping by and the store hasn't been open. His response was that he was there today by 3:00 and that he has another job. He never called me to let me know that he hadn't even looked at it or nothing and now I am suppose to be satisfied not having my computer looked at as promised because he has another job???? He then said he was really busy because he's the cheapest around town. Well, I would rather pay the extra for service on time and someone with better business values!! He shouldn't promise service that he knows he can't deliver!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

He gave me some suggestions on things to try and I took it home and kept trying until I got it working. So even though he didn't 'fix' my PC that I built, I'd still recommend him because he is honest. He could have just took it and fixed it and charged me a bunch of money but instead he inspired me to keep going on my PC building adventure! So appreciate when folks are up front and honest in business. He does know how to fix just about anything and definitely don't hesitate to call him to fix your PC, gaming console or whatever else you didn't build yourself! Also don't forget to drive by his place around Christmas and check out the awesome display!
