I needed to ship 5 huge boxes to a storage facility and the people that worked there were great about it. I had to make two trips because I couldn't fit all the boxes in my car. They were ok with me leaving the boxes there which they usually don't do. I was appreciative for that. When I was ready to pay, the GM was great with helping me lift the boxes to weigh them and get the prices together. I appreciated them working with me. Only thing I wish was that the men worked there, that were there in the beginning would have helped me with the boxes as they were huge. They thought I was superwoman I guess lol. read more

The owner is an alright dude with notary powers. So he's kinda like Gandalf. My family uses this place to fax and ship things...I only came here once to have something notarized. I won't go into details, but he hooked me up. I was here last night, the place was supposed to close at 6:30 PM, but he took care of all his customers and closed like an hour later. That's not an invtation to come here at 6:25 PM FYI...just letting you know how cool the dude is. read more

The place can be empty but there's always a long wait because the employees move and work very slowly. First just watching them you get the vibe that they really don't want to be there and secondly they take way to long with customers who don't come prepared. I feel that if a customer doesn't come prepared they should be asked to move aside and get their stuff together while someone who is can be taken care off but instead they just stand there waiting for them to get their stuff together, make phone calls & look for addresses and phone numbers. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES HERE! Sent a small package for pickup to this facility and they purposely did not accept the item and when contacted by phone to inquire the associate sounded irritated by just the inquiry! You are better off finding a better facility! Very disappointing!!! read more

Came here to pick up a small order of color printed pages that I placed through their online system. My order was supposed to be done within a few hours of placing it, but when it wasn't done a day later and I was in the area, I figured I'd drop by and pick it up. The sole employee in the place was a young man named Matt, who clearly did not want to assist me. He flatly told me, "we never received your order and that system never worked anyway". He suggested that I email the document to the store directly, and when I couldn't do that from my phone, he shrugged me off and walked to the back. Totally unhelpful, so I called the 800 number from within the store. Only after customer service got involved did Matt print out my order (the customer service rep, Melissa, even mentioned in my follow up call that Matt begrudgingly agreed to print my order when she called the store). I waited a few minutes outside the store because it was getting awkward to stand around waiting when it was clear that Matt was going to do as little as possible to get my papers printed. Went back inside after a few minutes and watched him finally complete my order. Instead of actually printing the small, 3 set batch that I ordered, he printed one set and then photocopied those sheets! He then told me that the quality was all the same. Huh? The copies were clearly a bit off from the original set. He rudely told me, "if it's such a big deal to you, I'll print out all of the sheets" -- that's what I paid for, so yes, I want them printed. He huffed off and printed the sheets, pushed them at me on the counter, and refused to put them in any sort of protective envelope. I told him that his rudeness was unnecessary, and he simply shrugged and started talking on the phone. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from customer service, but guess what? I have to go through the store. Since I don't enjoy having my time wasted and I did end up with the sheets I ordered, I'll let it go. However, I would not recommend this store. read more

Place was ok, until there was an issue with the package sent. The old man who owns it was downright rude. Ignored me for a day then called me yelling stating in sum that the fact that the ups store at delivery location didn't contact me for the apartment number and immediately sent item back was not his issue. I am use to discussions not yelling matches, he was very disrespectful and rude. The package was only $28 so sadly he is willing to lose a customer over a minuscule amount. To top it off he further stated that I owed him the return fee. Told him I will pick up my package and never deal with him again. read more

My experience with this store was awful!! I shipped a large piece of luggage and was charged an extra $20.00 in addition to the shipping cost. I was told this was for handling and what they do at the site. My luggage arrived damaged and my claim was denied because of improper packaging. Outrageous! If my luggage needed to be packaged differently shouldn't I have been told that and then UPS should have boxed it. What was the $20 additional fee for ?? I also purchased $300 of insurance and still I have not been compensated. I will never ship with them again!! Beware these stores are independently owned. Poor Customer Service employee (elderly man) who was disrespectful and insulting. If you let this particular store location ship a package for you by UPS, this store will automatically, without your permission, add a $4.75 Service Fee Option without telling you and without your consent. The owner here is very mean. I came in to ship out a package using my UPS account. Unaware that UPS has changed their policy now having to directly print the label out at home, this guy was aggressive and mean. He could have explained things a little nicer. While he may be the owner, he should still hold UPS standards and appreciate his customers. I will no longer be doing business here simply because this guy is just so nasty and rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't notarize anything at this store. They overcharge for notary services. While others charge $2-3 to notarize a document, they charge $10.69. Do yourselves a favor and go some place else. read more

I have been dealing with UPS and in particular this store for many years. I must admit I was truly taken aback by some of these reviews. I have known Hani since he he took over from another very good gentleman named Alex. We have become very close friends. I always recommend UPS in general and this store in particular. Having been in business myself I am aware of the costs and hard work required in starting and keeping a business going. Hani is a hard working and very good guy. Putting someone down for charging for a particular service is absolutely ridiculous. I am not aware of any companies who do not charge for their services. Rent, Insurance, labor and taxes are not cheap to mention a few expenses. I have used their fax services in an emergency and was very happy that the service was there to be provided. You can have a bad day when your fax machine goes down just as you need to fax an important document. I did not even know that you could get notary there. Glad I found out. If you are shopping for notary services by all means do so but don't put a business and a specific person down _after_ they covered your (probable) emergency or, trying to cover yourself by the notary he just provided. All the personnel there have been great. I always try to greet people by name and always get a pleasant greeting in return. The Roselle UPS store offers many diverse services and for me it more than works. I am very pleased to be a customer. read more

I come to this store 3-5 days a week, every week, to drop off packages to be shipped. I'm very shocked at the bad reviews I see on this store because I know the owner Hani (I call him Harry) and he is a very nice guy who even offered me a job there. Whenever I go into that store im greeted by Hani or another employee who happily takes care of weighing and scanning my packages, and a lot of times I have several packages weighing upwards up 55lbs and not once have any of the employees or Hani himself complained about it or gave me an attitude. Hani is a good, hard working man and I will advise any future customers to come to this store for their shipping or printing needs. You know the saying "dont judge a book by it's cover"? Dont judge this UPS store (or the owner) on a few bad comments that some disgruntled, ghetto thugs left on this site. Make your own judgement. All I can say is give respect to get respect... when you walk into a store talking and acting like a ghetto hood rat, you wont receive an ounce of respect.
