Then they will tell you that they are taking care of it or they're going to call someone else to let them know about your package and package number and they will give you a call back, they NEVER call back. If you need to get something, go to Amazon because FedEx is fucking up everyone's packages. oh yeah, my package also got split into two pieces and they never notified me that I have two tracking numbers , and I was never able to find out when the packages might ever show up. I absolutely hate and detest FedEx now.

In fact, a stranger stopped me in the parking lot to take photos. My wife teared up a bit when I gave them to her.
