I just wanted a quote because the post office bowled me over with what they were going to do me in with when it came to their oversize Parcel Post package surcharge (just under $70 total w/ delivery confirmation and $100 insurance vs. $15 for the standard P.Post package/weight charge). UPS charges would have run about $60. I put sending the mirror out on hold, but did not realize I didn't have to waste my time packing that irregular sucker myself (and what a PIA it was). Per the nice UPS Store guy, If you buy the packing box/materials from, and ship with, them, they will pack it for you. I'd always thought the actual packing was an extra charge and avoided going that far before. Good to know! Oh, and per my BF, the UPS shipping place in Pontiac has a real cranky older woman who hassles him everytime he ships out an Ebay package. I advised him, as I would advise you, to make the trip to this store in Waterford to minimize any and all aggravations.

When it was finally scheduled and they arrived the owner said the price is actually going to be 385 because the bed looks heavy and if you want to move the pavers in the backyard that's an additional 285. We rescheduled our day to have this done and he was a colossal waste of time. In the end we found four other places within an hour who charge 250 to come the next day. BEWARE!
