The communication was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and stressed. This review reflects my personal experience. Based on how my case was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others. I encourage anyone using this service to document the contents of their package with detailed photos and videos before shipping, and to keep all receipts and tracking records. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and complaint-handling process in the future.
