i am an out of state business owner, so when i called i had several questions. the lady who answered the phone could not answer my questions, including approx how many drivers do they have on the street. i tried to be very patient and explain the reason i was asking . her solution...hang up on me. so i called back, a guy answered. i told him my name and i was calling to speak with the owner, and asked what is the owners name ? i was calling to talk with the business owner and let him/her know i believe slamming the phone down on a customer is really not appropropriate. after re-asking the owners name, which he would not tell me, i asked his name. he would not tell me, but he also slammed down the phone. instead of
courtesy package delivery, i think it should be renamed:
NO CUSTOMER-SERVICE DELIVERY or SLAM DOWN THE PHONE PACKAGE DELIVERY. not my detroit delivery service to work with. read more
