I use them all the time and I almost never have much of a wait when I go there. The staff -- I think it's a husband and wife team -- have never been anything less that super-friendly and courteous to me. If your kids are in-tow, they've got a mellow little dog that often hangs out with them at the shop that is very child friendly. It's one of the few places I know of where you can send stuff via USPS, FedEx or UPS, and they will often go the extra step to price out the difference for you. The young male employee immediately told me he couldn't print a receipt and asked if I still wanted to leave my package. All I needed was for him to scan my QR code and print the shipping label. His response? "Oh, we don't do that here." I asked, "Aren't you a designated FedEx shipping location?" He confirmed that they were but insisted I needed to print my own label. When I questioned whether this was something they simply didn't offer or something he didn't know how to do, his response was, "We just don't do it here. I can't help you!" What bothered me most wasn't just the inability to print a label but the complete lack of customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help.
