Well, thank goodness they have their guarantee because I ended up having an issue with my first photo, which had to do with the color of my shirt being too light and perhaps blending in with the white background. The team at Instant Passport Photo offered to let me retake my photo as many times as needed, or they could refund me. I retook the photo, and this second one was accepted and became my school ID.
