The Good: 1. They have plenty of services available: Packaging, Boxing, Shipping, Document Services, Mailbox, Moving Supplies, UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. 2. Super easy to drop off my packages. The drop off locations are clearly marked. 3. The employees are helpful because they always answer my questions and don't mind weighing my packages to confirm that the weight matches the shipping label! (My scale at home only goes up to 3 lbs.) 4. The staff always make sure I get the best rate by reviewing all available shipping options! Whoop! 5. The location is perfect....very easy to access with plenty of parking available. 6. FedEx picks up around 5ish....which gives me most of the afternoon to prep my packages for shipment! Bonus!! 7. Goin' Postal also offers helpful services like: Public Notary Service, Copying, Faxing, Mailing, and Freight Service. 8. Need to send a greeting card....well Goin' Postal has them for $1.00! 9. When I got in there was a small growing line but I was so impressed by the representative making eye contact and speaking to each customer and yet not Taking away from the customer she was helping!!! I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. I'm not sure if I'll ever be in this town again but I just had to take a moment and shout out Heather! She is a rockstar and I hope she receives the appreciation she deserves. Thanks much!

I went in with the urgent task of needing a document notarized and sent FedEx Overnight to Europe. I could have gone through USPS or FedEx Kinkos but I try to support small local business. BIG mistake. After charging me $60, i watched the notary seal up my docs and assure me he that my VERY important and time sensitive document would get to its destination on time. Three weeks later I get a call from the post office that I had a package addressed to Europe returned. WTF? Turns out that the Mail Room had taken my document out of the sealed FedEx envelope, went to the post office, put it in an Express Mail envelope, and sent it off. The best part (next to finding out that my document never delivered) is that the USPS stamp cost the Mail Room employee $30!! When I went back to the Mail Room to demand an explanation, they told me that the $60 they charged me included some "standard" charge cover the cost of some relationship FedEx has with USPS. A USPS employee later confirmed that this was nonsense. I will NEVER seek their services again!
