About a year later we started losing partial power in the garage every time we had a heavy rain. Sim's Electric initially promised (on numerous occasions) to return and address the problem, but never showed. We were eventually told that they were too booked/busy to respond anytime soon. We have used Sim's in the past and were very satisfied, but no longer.
