I like this crew for many reasons. Quality service. I drop it off and they get it done when promised. I can trust higher quality pieces of attire to them knowing I'll get it back looking great. I once accidentally gave them a very badly stained t-shirt that I had planned to use as a rag but it somehow ended up in my laundry bag. The returned it to me looking beautiful and removed stains out of that thing I didn't ever think would come out. Honesty. I once left $20 in a pair of pants and got it back. I would never have even known it was gone. Prompt Service. They get it done quickly. I'm always asked when I'd like my stuff back. I'm typically in no hurry so I just tell them whenever. On those occasions when I do need it quickly they've gotten it done within a day. I do have to ding em one star - The yearly coupon. Every year you have the opportunity buy a discount coupon good for a year. It goes in the handy little tag holder on my laundry bag. You have to have it to receive the discount. That's a problem if you have more than one dry cleaning bag as I'll often drop off one bag and then fill the other over the next week or so at home. So I more or less get my discount when I bring the right laundry bag. The other times - no discount. It could probably be entered in the computer under my name or tracked some other way. Because my wife and family have been picking up our dry cleaning, I was not aware of the card not being renewed and the result is in us spending much more money then we should have. It is crazy to pay list price for dry cleaning but I am more surprised, after talking with my family, that we were never asked to renew our annual card. In today's world, where customer information, which is obtained through the use of a card, is so valuable, you would think Paris would go out of their way to solicit customer's to purchase a card. The deal killer for me was when the attendant told me that the only person who could help me was located at their Crosstown location. After 3 repeated attempts to get someone to pick up the phone there, and after leaving them a message on their website, I was not able to get someone to respond. My impression is Paris believes their acquisition of Portage Cleaners means customers will blindly support them and they are poorly misguided if this is the case.

When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again?
