I took my three year old with me and put a movie on for her she later told me she had to potty and I as dreading what the bathroom was going to look like but when we got there I was pleasantly surprised l. The bathroom was newly renovated and CLEAN. Looks like we will return if needed. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because we had to purchase a laundry card to do laundry vs simply using your own card and their change machine was out of order. I went to a different location. I took in a down coat with a hood and belt. I pointed out a couple…read morestains on the coat when I brought it in. When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again? He even said "shame on you" when I told him I would tell people about my experience! This company has absolutely NO customer service.
