I called and was informed that the only way to ensure stains are removed is to pay for dry cleaning. So the objective behind a wash and fold evidently is not to get the clothes clean. The answer was so stupid and dismissive, like don't expect clean clothes if you're not going to pay us the higher dry cleaning fee. And they returned a sock that is not mine. Its so disappointing

I went to a different location. I took in a down coat with a hood and belt. I pointed out a couple…read morestains on the coat when I brought it in. When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again? He even said "shame on you" when I told him I would tell people about my experience! This company has absolutely NO customer service.
