Not sure if that's normal pricing for Michigan, or maybe this is the only cleaners in the area? But definitely not realistically priced if you need consistent weekly dry cleaning for work. When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again? He even said "shame on you" when I told him I would tell people about my experience! This company has absolutely NO customer service.

I like this crew for many reasons. Quality service. I drop it off and they get it done when promised. I can trust higher quality pieces of attire to them knowing I'll get it back looking great. I once accidentally gave them a very badly stained t-shirt that I had planned to use as a rag but it somehow ended up in my laundry bag. The returned it to me looking beautiful and removed stains out of that thing I didn't ever think would come out. Honesty. I once left $20 in a pair of pants and got it back. I would never have even known it was gone. Prompt Service. They get it done quickly. I'm always asked when I'd like my stuff back. I'm typically in no hurry so I just tell them whenever. On those occasions when I do need it quickly they've gotten it done within a day. I do have to ding em one star - The yearly coupon. Every year you have the opportunity buy a discount coupon good for a year. It goes in the handy little tag holder on my laundry bag. You have to have it to receive the discount. That's a problem if you have more than one dry cleaning bag as I'll often drop off one bag and then fill the other over the next week or so at home. So I more or less get my discount when I bring the right laundry bag. The other times - no discount. It could probably be entered in the computer under my name or tracked some other way. Otherwise, all good here!

We made the HUGE mistake of ordering a rental suit for prom at Men's Warehouse online. The suit was…read moresupposed to arrive at least 7 days before the event. After multiple calls inquiring when it was supposed to arrive at our house when that date came and went, they finally sent a new suit 3 days before prom. They said the original suit never shipped and just sitting in the warehouse ready for pickup. Well, the suit we ordered was supposed to be slim fit - when it arrived, the suit that was sent to us was hideous. And yes, we ordered many suits from The Black Tux before so we know the sizes and fit well. I knew better than to switch suit companies but we did.... I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to get us a new suit in time that fit. I called the local Men's Warehouse in Kalamazoo after my son was completely panicking. All I can say is what lifesavers they are! They had me bring the suit in that day and completely refit my son into something he was happy with. The employees that worked there were awesome! We should have gone there in the first place instead of trying our luck online. And be warned - we learned directly from the staff, even though the suits online say slim fit and you select that option, some suits are not offered in slim fit. So misleading! Don't make the same mistake we did - just go directly to the store and they will take great care of you.

This location of Paris Cleaners (formerly called Portage Cleaners & Laundry) has been washing and…read moreironing my DH's business shirts for 10 years. I can't think of a single complaint that I have about their service. There is a always a quick turnaround -- usually promised in a day or two -- and the results are consistently professional. Not a single broken button, for example. (Which I've had happen elsewhere.) The folks behind the counter are friendly. As for value, they offer a free pickup and delivery service, which we used twice during the pandemic lockdown. The first time they dropped off our order by accident at a neighboring house -- a mistake that has been made by other delivery drivers -- but we called them about it and the second time it went smoothly. I have used their onsite laundromat a couple of times, as well, for large items such as quilts and comforters. It was pleasant enough, as laundromats go. It's great that employees are right there to help if you have any problems with the machines. It is fairly clean (the floors sometimes need attention) but it is well-lit and feels safe. Finally, as far as costs, there are always coupons you can print off their website, but because I am a frequent customer I purchase their discount card, which must be renewed annually for a modest fee ($15 or $20, I think) which gets you discounts as good as or better than the coupons without having to remember to bring the coupons. In sum, I am a satisfied customer and intend to continue to use Paris Cleaners indefinitely.
