I put my dress on and a lady then came out to assess my dress. She started by rolling her eyes, crossing her arms and then snickered at my dress while standing in front of me. She then looked at the layers of my dress and then asked the man next to her if he was going to pin the dress because she wasn't going to. She then walked away. I was pretty upset at this point and wanted to leave, but the man who came out was very pleasant and assured me he could hem the dress for me. He did say he would only be able to hem the front part of my dress and not the back or the train...but I agreed I only really needed the front done. They also told me they didn't know how to do a bustle. They called me just days before I needed my dress back to tell me I'd needed to pay $135 and that they were just then starting my dress. The next day they asked me to come in to try it on. When I tried it on the length was perfect, however on the second layer under my dress they did not hem it at the bottom...they folded it mid way up and sewed it that way. That wouldn't have been a problem if the first layer of my dress wasn't completely see through. So it looked like they had put a white ribbon around my dress mid length. It looked horrible. Ruined. I asked why they had folded it instead of hemming at the bottom and the guy literally just walked away from me into the back and said nothing. I was shocked but I had no time to take it anywhere else since they waited till last minute to do anything with my dress in the first place. I ended up taking my dress home and cutting out that entire layer of my dress myself! I was so devastated and disappointed. I paid $135 for them to hem HALF of a dress and for whatever reason fold and sew it midway instead of cutting it at the bottom. NEVER bring a wedding dress here. No matter what they say they are not qualified at all!

I pulled up the regulations on how the patches are placed with measurements just to make sure it was going to be done right. I picked up today Nov 14, 2022 and down the there is a small hole that was sewed over which was not there because my uniform was brand new from the store. They said "oh I didn't pay attention, only worked on the patches" in addition the ranks are way too low and now o can't use my uniform for the military ball on Nov 19. They didn't take responsibility for the hole. This was a $500 mistake because these uniforms are not cheap and they charged me $165 for the alterations.
