I picked up today Nov 14, 2022 and down the there is a small hole that was sewed over which was not there because my uniform was brand new from the store. They said "oh I didn't pay attention, only worked on the patches" in addition the ranks are way too low and now o can't use my uniform for the military ball on Nov 19. They didn't take responsibility for the hole. This was a $500 mistake because these uniforms are not cheap and they charged me $165 for the alterations. Will not come here at all for anything ever again. Horrible place to do business with. Very poor job

We made the HUGE mistake of ordering a rental suit for prom at Men's Warehouse online. The suit was…read moresupposed to arrive at least 7 days before the event. After multiple calls inquiring when it was supposed to arrive at our house when that date came and went, they finally sent a new suit 3 days before prom. They said the original suit never shipped and just sitting in the warehouse ready for pickup. Well, the suit we ordered was supposed to be slim fit - when it arrived, the suit that was sent to us was hideous. And yes, we ordered many suits from The Black Tux before so we know the sizes and fit well. I knew better than to switch suit companies but we did.... I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to get us a new suit in time that fit. I called the local Men's Warehouse in Kalamazoo after my son was completely panicking. All I can say is what lifesavers they are! They had me bring the suit in that day and completely refit my son into something he was happy with. The employees that worked there were awesome! We should have gone there in the first place instead of trying our luck online. And be warned - we learned directly from the staff, even though the suits online say slim fit and you select that option, some suits are not offered in slim fit. So misleading! Don't make the same mistake we did - just go directly to the store and they will take great care of you.

These are not just casual flair legged pants either, they are a full 12 inches across at the hem, which is just insane for a cotton pant I use to take our Aussies to the dog park. I looked up the best tailor in Kalamazoo and Golden Needle repeatedly popped up, so two Saturdays ago we stopped by and explained my problem. First the gentleman working was really sympathetic to my problem. He agreed that the flair was ridiculous and he understood that I was nervous about taking too much away, but at the same time not taking enough - I explained that I'm not big on change. We agreed he would alter one pair of my pants and we would come in the following week. Yesterday (Saturday) we stopped in and as agreed he took off over 1.5 inches from each leg and the pants were still too big. We agreed that each leg would come in another inch and then I gave him my other pairs to alter as well. The pair I tried on was lovely (albeit too big) and did not look like it had been altered at all. As a bonus we got to meet his little french bulldog puppy, who he keeps gated in the back. He lets her out for customers who ask. She was a delight and I probably had way too much fun playing with her, but I'm a dog person and she was just too adorable to resist. I will pick up my multi-pocket walking pants next week, minus the flair and I will not hesitate to use the Golden Needle in the future if we need any clothing alterations.
