Not the widest shop I've been to, but it's deep and well organized. Pens, paper, office products, office electronics, printers, toner and ink cartridges, computers and way in the back, desks and furniture. Several folks asked me if I needed help which I did not (perhaps I looked suspicious taking pictures) but I was also looking for a refill for my notepad as I scoped out the place for a Yelp review. I now give only 2 stars but am awaiting their corrections so it may eventually be higher. The old Office Depot was far better, with knowledgeable staff. The sales people were polite but not at all thorough, neither in information on the products (laser printers and their cartridges) nor in checking out.... and one of salesman knew barely a thing about the printers. The printer I wanted was out of stock. I ordered for a delivery and received an email stating the wrong delivery date. So far I have made several calls to both the store and the main number due to their not finding my receipt for the printer but only external hard rives... however after being put on hold twice eventually finding it. I was given the wrong information on pricing but it was corrected and I was told there was a "glitch in the system, but it is being sorted out". I await the actual receipts in hand or in email... and I await the delivery hoping all will eventually get sorted out nicely, especially as they seemed willing to be helpful, and polite. read more

Went in to check out some deals on gaming chairs. They had a massive selection which was both good and bad. I only say that because we spent a while in here with our butts on seats. They were very comfortable though. I took my time checking out the store while my friend sat around. A staff member aided her, in finding out which one was most comfortable, and wouldn't cause aches. I was very surprised to find a sales rack with backpacks once priced from $30-$20 dollars. On the best clearance you can get a name brand backpack. Just five bucks! I knew I had to get my video game theme backpack of course. When I went to check I was pleasantly surprised again. Signing up for their rewards program helped me save a percentage. So I only spent four bucks and some change on the backpack! What a deal! My friend got her chair as well. read more

Went to get a refill for my Franklin Covey planner. Everything was out of stock. Went to see if I could order one online the staff was no help and and not very friendly. They couldn't find one in their own system. I ordered one on Amazon in their parking lot....should have saved my gas. And the brick and mortar stores wonder why they're going out of business. read more

Went in to send a FedEx package and got third degree harassment from an overzealous female desk clerk who was quite intrusive about my use of a FedEx Express envelope to send my papers. Very weird experience with an unfriendly Office Depot worker. read more

I tried to EXCHANGE a plastic on-the-go bin with wheels because the bottom broke out while I was walking into work. I couldn't find the receipt, but I am a rewards member who has receipts emailed to me, so I figured they should be able to look it up. Turns out they can only look back 30 days and it was purchased early to mid January. BUT they were unwilling to even exchange the broken one for a new one without the receipt. I was given a few different options to try to go into my account and see all my purchases (if I can look back further, why can't they?). I didn't want more work to do, just a bin that worked! They can keep the broken bin and loose my business forever. There are far too many other options for office supply purchases. Hope the $40 was worth thousands in lost $$$ in the future!!! read more
