This place is getting 5 stars because of an awesome sales associate (Lisa) she assisted me with my cousin as she shopped for an outfit for her 35th high school reunion. Everyone should hire quality associates like Lisa, her white glove service will have me shopping at Kohls for life.

Was very disappointed they were having a sale on Christmas but they had multiple aisles not stocked…read moreand hardly any Christmas items at all. I watched an employee just go back and forth pushing a broom in front of the exit door getting in the customers way as they tried to leave the store. They had stocked St. Patrick's day items in with the Christmas items. Some of the aisles were so messy with boxes of u stocked items you couldn't even get down them. This used to be nice store to go to for holiday decor but it seems not anymore.

My number one tool for coping with the Covid crisis has been being outside. This place definitely…read morehas the supplies you need to turn your patio into a palace. What especially impressed me was the huge variety of sizes, colors, and thickness of their outdoor cushions. When I saw the selection and quality, I was super excited about replacing some dingy cushions we had at home with some of the ones on offer here, but I had to go home and measure to find out exactly what size I needed. Unfortunately, their website lists all their items that are out of stock, and doesn't have a way for you to select an option to search only in-stock items. As a result, I spent hours trying to figure out what actually was available, and I wound up giving up and ordering from a different company online. Next year, I will probably be back to treat myself to a nice new outdoor rug to bedazzled our deck. looks like they had a pretty nice selection of holiday decor as well. they had supplies out already for both Halloween and Christmas.

Making conversation, I asked him what time the store closes and he said 7:00. I asked him what the current time was and he said 7:20. I told him he could have said something to me and I would have cut my visit short, but he said I was in there before closing time and he wanted me to finish my shopping. I will definitely go back and felt my business was appreciated.

They have a wide selection of great gifts at affordable prices. The store is clean and well kept with a card selection that is second to none! It is easy for people to write negative reviews with out any empathy for the times or the stress that small business owners have to deal with! We all need to be grateful that we have folks that are willing to take great risk to open a small business. I'm understanding and sympathetic to new employees learning on the job and with businesses being understaffed with Covid but cackling with your co-workers openly in front of customers who are trying to get help, having multiple broken machines that hold up lines/take forever to even get a receipt, a cashier who doesn't know how to apply coupons nor do a proper return is unacceptable. This is the last time I'll be going to this location.
