Was very disappointed they were having a sale on Christmas but they had multiple aisles not stocked and hardly any Christmas items at all. I watched an employee just go back and forth pushing a broom in front of the exit door getting in the customers way as they tried to leave the store. They had stocked St. Patrick's day items in with the Christmas items. Some of the aisles were so messy with boxes of u stocked items you couldn't even get down them. This used to be nice store to go to for holiday decor but it seems not anymore. read more

My number one tool for coping with the Covid crisis has been being outside. This place definitely has the supplies you need to turn your patio into a palace. What especially impressed me was the huge variety of sizes, colors, and thickness of their outdoor cushions. When I saw the selection and quality, I was super excited about replacing some dingy cushions we had at home with some of the ones on offer here, but I had to go home and measure to find out exactly what size I needed. Unfortunately, their website lists all their items that are out of stock, and doesn't have a way for you to select an option to search only in-stock items. As a result, I spent hours trying to figure out what actually was available, and I wound up giving up and ordering from a different company online. Next year, I will probably be back to treat myself to a nice new outdoor rug to bedazzled our deck. looks like they had a pretty nice selection of holiday decor as well. they had supplies out already for both Halloween and Christmas. read more

At Home has a great collection of decorative pillows. There are at least five aisle just filled with decorative pillows. I can find at least four that match, sometimes more. I found ghost chairs for $100. Mirrored dressers for under $200. Tufted headboards for $150. I love their staged furniture too. It helps give me an idea of how to decorate with their accent furniture. I would have given them a full 5 stars, but most of the products they carry can be found at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross at a cheaper price. I found a bar stool that was $80 at At Home, but only $30 at TJ Maxx. Unfortunately, they don't price match here, but the advantage of having a whole set is what makes this place great. read more

I wanted to first say that my shopping experiences at The At Home Store at 4620 Stadium Dr Kalamazoo Mi 49009 Store #85 Is by far the Best Store I have always had Great Experiences there the Staff is so Friendly and Helpful and I always buy over 100.00 each visit But the last visit I was there Randi was the Cashier and she is always so Friendly and Pleasent and I noticed the line was getting long and I saw an Employee jump in at the next Register to help with the line and I was very Impressed as I was told she was the General Manager her name was Kendall I told her I was very Happy to see a Manager jump in to help out checking the Customers out Randi and Kendall were very happy to hear that I was so Happy seeing a Manager get behind a Register to help I have worked in the Medical field and I have never seen a Manager help out Abd then I was talking to them saying how I never got my Birthday Rewards as I have the Credit Card and Rewards for At Home And Kendall came over to where I was at check out Randi ringing me up and gave me a discount which I wasn't expecting but was very Grateful and Appreciative and Thanked them for the Best Service and believe me I will be back ... It was an unsatisfactory experience to put it mildly. We bought a 6' Christmas Tree, lights implemented. We go home spending a few hours in hooking up the tree. We made a huge mistake by not making sure the lights worked as we trusted the retailer. The top two layers of the tree were not lighting up. We wanted it to be a special Christmas this year so we went with top dollar tree. I call At Home expressing the issue and they offer a 25% money back for the inconvenience. Great! So I make the 25 minutes drive to the store with the tree to grab my replacement. Come to find that the lady who offered me the discount had "stepped over her boundaries" when she made the 25% off offer and now she's asking me to settle with her new 15% offer... I dont care about the discount, but its really frustrating that a customer has to suffer their incompetence tho I made sure to ask for the person in charge prior when I made the phone call. This was my lovely experience and I hope the replacement tree works. Will not be coming back here. read more

I would not recommend shopping at At Home. They say hassle free returns, but this is far from the truth. I purchased an item for Christmas that when I went to return was in original packaging as it has never been used or opened with the original receipt. However, they only allow to be returned for half of what you paid for the item. That doesn't sound very hassle. Free despite their advertisements. This was not something they mentioned at time of purchase, despite knowing it was also a Christmas item. read more

I feel disgusted I even have to give this horribly run store even 1 star, I made an order for chairs and they cancelled my order with no email or anything. They made me wait around for ages in their store just to tell me about the confirmation never being sent after playing 50 freaking questions with these morons in charge of this funny farm. there intelligence aside it's simply just unprofessional and poorly run. I used to love coming here to find unusual items for my home. When I walked in yesterday I was sadly disappointed to see the store only had about half or less of any item especially outdoor stuff. I was looking up on a shelf and then noticed that the ceiling was covered in a white tarp through the whole store. It was resting on some of the upper shelves. The musty odor was horrible. This store literally has everything you need to decorate your home and then some. AND they have everything in every shade, color, and variety you can imagine. Holiday decor? Yup, Halloween and Christmas out already....in early August. I always find something here :) Recommendation: I have two rolling suitcases from here and they are a great bargain, cheap, fun prints (easy to find in baggage claim), and they are light (super important when flying and only allowed a certain weight) highly recommend! read more

I took my disabled mother to shop for a lamp. I walked into the store and instantly had an asthma attack that forced me to leave the store within 15 min, leaving my mother to shop alone. I asked to speak to the store manager. I informed him that the perfume in the air through out the store was causing an asthma attack. He said that they do not use any air fresheners in the store. Said to me "I. Dont know what to tell you" and walked away. So rude. I will not be going back to that toxic place and warn anyone with lung issues that it may be hazardous to your health. read more

Always a great assortment of odds and ends that help you create the shabby chic that you've always looked for. Be careful though that you don't think this is all high quality goods because a lot of this stuff....although cool....is made in China and is not great quality. If you watch for some of their deals, you will likely be pleasantly surprised at how cool you can make you place look. Plenty of parking, although the lot is extremely dark at night, so keep your eyes open. read more

Great Prices!

I usually love At Home stores but this store needs to rethink its customer service strategy. At 8:25 I went to the store and the doors were locked to go in and as I'm confused and looking around (sign says they close at 9:00), the manager came out and let me in through the exit door and said they lock the entry door at this time. I asked if they closed at 9:00 and she said yes but you really only have 25 minutes, saying they take their last customer at that time. Not a welcome to our store nor a hey take a look at our sales in bedding, no basically a "we don't want you here we are closing now". Just not a great impression nor level of service I would expect from a store like this. They also announced 2-3 times the store was closing, one at 8:35 saying there are closing in 10 minutes. I fully respect store hours but can also get a lot done in 35 minutes so that was plenty time, but to be unwelcomed and hounded to leave is not a great shopping experience. Management needs to work on the customer service level at this store. read more

It is an amazing place to find anything you need for home or garden. Home Goods can't hold a candle to the size selection or prices.

This store has appealing displays! Well done. Some products are good quality and very unique, great selection for everything and worth the price. However many items were damaged, had a lot of wear and tear, were made with low quality materials, made at high production and costing NEARLY the same as the quality items next to it. I figured that they have to keep their prices on the higher side to make up for the lost product from poor handling. Walked over to their clearance section thinking there'd be a decent selection considering the size of store and damage to items. It was a smaller isle with signs saying 50% off reg ticket price, everything I selected had a line through the tag and despite the damage on items, I was getting some good deals. one of the items was a bath mat set that was obviously damaged but for the price it was worth fixing. Got to the register and only ONE item was 50% off and it wasn't the stringy ripped bathmat. I don't know what I misunderstood but normally clearance means at least a discount, even if only RED LINES were 50%. The store was neat and tidy, very appealing to the eye, love their selection. I think they could move more product and create more revenue if they dropped the price just even a small percentage OrRun some sales I did not see one sale. Either way their prices are competitive with other stores and they offer way more variety, which is fantastic because most stores have all the same ole stuff. read more
