I don't know where to start. I and​ another person waited, on camera, for about 4- minutes. Then an employee came on the front door, saying nothing to us. The other person was actively calling the front desk asking, " Are you open today, I'm here but..." (The female employee went behind the counter, she ended her call). She grunted what do you need? I had 2 boxes to mail. This was a struggle for her. Her cell phone rang​ as she was figuring out the credit card scanner, not explaining anything regarding why my credit wasn't registering. Her call dropped, so she did the logical thing and dialed the number back saying "Hi mom, how are you?" We could hear her mom ask what are you doing? Employee oh just at work.. At this point I interrupted this personal conversation and asked what was happening? Why wasn't my card going through? The employee tried holding her phone and working in the credit card scanner while trying to answer my questions- with an attitude. She TOLD me, not explained politely, that the scanner was down (while still on the phone and her mother talking). The employee finally told her mother she'd call her back. The employees anger was palpable- she wouldn't even put the address label on my 2nd package. I waited & finally asked her to put the label on. The Hilton employee was very ruff with the label & my package. I am very concerned for both packages - ugh. And such a nice place. I WAS going to take pictures of the grounds and sind them back to Wisconsin!!! But, after my encounter with a disgruntled Hilton UPS employee. This was on 7/5/24 @ 11:13am. Super convenient location .. at the Hilton. I found parking right away as I turned into the resort. Enter through the lobby and head straight (towards the coffee shop). Look for the UPS Store sign, turn right and go out the door.. you'll see it on the left side. Staff is super friendly.. they take care of your shipping needs, copies, Amazon returns and fingerprinting. I found it really easy to do business at this location. read more

Reverse Racist African-American male refused to scan the QR code because I had recently broke the screen on my iPhone told me that he could not help me do my Amazon return because the screen was cracked them in a Caucasian male stepped into the conversation and said what are you talking about to the African-American male that work there he's a tall African-American male in and he told him let her email it to us and then we can scan it off of our phone and then I sat down and I heard the African-American male say white girl syndrome all angry very very reverse racism and do not go to the UPS store if you are pretty and white lol seriously though I don't go there read more

This store is the best I have been to. I was visiting the store with a large group. Angel and Israel did amazing taking care of our packages delivering them and sending some out. But another thing was I didn't have a vehicle due to flying and being shuttled around. I needed a few things and Angel went out of her way to help me get the things I needed that the store didn't have. I found out that she actually caught a Uber to go get the stuff and got a Uber back. She wouldn't even accept money to help her. She truly lives up to her name. She is the best by far. Hoping to come back soon on vacation with my family and get to see Angel.
