Once I received it, my technologically challenged self had no idea what to do with it. Do I take it to Kinko's? Can they print it from my phone? Does Kinko's still exist?? Thanks to Yelp, I found this local family owned print shop. I called first and spoke to a really lovely woman who said I could email it to Dan (the email address listed on the company site). All I did was forward the Dropbox link email to Dan and he took care of the rest. I called this morning to make sure he got my email and after speaking to him for 2 minutes, he downloaded my print and said it would take about 5 minutes. I told him the size I needed and was able to pick it up same day. The paper and print quality is stellar!!! He even printed 2 copies for me because he didn't know which way I wanted to frame it. The best part? The cost was less than I would have paid at a Walgreen's even with an online coupon. Now I need to find more things to have printed!!

Well he installed them wrong. My vinyl windows started peeling off within 2 months. Dan constantly gave me the runaround. His fix for the job was tape and glue that looks like hell. Then dan told me to go screw myself after multiple emails from my wife to try to get him to fix the terrible installation that he and his company did. Artwork I had copied by him he screwed up. He even had the audacity to tell me he's a million-dollar company and my tattoo shop is just small potatoes. He also likes to get real smart with his mouth in front of the little girls that work at his establishment. I told you I wasn't going to forget about you Dan!!!

I'm a licensed mortician and in my business we get ONE shot to make sure that a person is as accepting as they can be when it's time to lay their loved one to rest. Today a client I was working with called me and was deeply upset because a necklace that he wanted to see his wife wearing at her funeral was not there and we had just shipped his loved one from Maryland to Alabama. I had the necklace in my possession as it was removed at the time of his wife's passing. The client was in a state that was 14 hours from us, and the funeral was scheduled less than two days from now. I called Fedex and the gentleman I spoke to told me to try and hurry into the facility as the delivery truck would be there soon. When I arrived, I was sick to my stomach thinking about this poor man laying his life to rest and doing so without the necklace that he requested his wife wear, it meant everything to him. I was holding off tears because I was so upset. A young man looked at me and asked if he could help me. I said I had just called in and I need to catch that truck that is sitting outside and it is so important. The young man looked at me and said, "Yeap, let's make that happen!" I wanted to break down because this was so important to the man laying his wife to rest. The person on the phone and the representative at the store were great. I wanted to share this because that staff may never know what they did, but if they do see this, they should know that they made a lonely man smile at his wife's final rite of passage.
