They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. I stood and waited and another man brought in a pushcart full of packages and she proceeded to help him immediately, stopped stacking boxes and helped him right away, completely ignoring me.
