Well he installed them wrong. My vinyl windows started peeling off within 2 months. Dan constantly gave me the runaround. His fix for the job was tape and glue that looks like hell. Then dan told me to go screw myself after multiple emails from my wife to try to get him to fix the terrible installation that he and his company did. Artwork I had copied by him he screwed up. He even had the audacity to tell me he's a million-dollar company and my tattoo shop is just small potatoes. He also likes to get real smart with his mouth in front of the little girls that work at his establishment. I told you I wasn't going to forget about you Dan!!!

Once I received it, my technologically challenged self had no idea what to do with it. Do I take it to Kinko's? Can they print it from my phone? Does Kinko's still exist?? Thanks to Yelp, I found this local family owned print shop. I called first and spoke to a really lovely woman who said I could email it to Dan (the email address listed on the company site). All I did was forward the Dropbox link email to Dan and he took care of the rest. I called this morning to make sure he got my email and after speaking to him for 2 minutes, he downloaded my print and said it would take about 5 minutes. I told him the size I needed and was able to pick it up same day. The paper and print quality is stellar!!! He even printed 2 copies for me because he didn't know which way I wanted to frame it. The best part? The cost was less than I would have paid at a Walgreen's even with an online coupon. Now I need to find more things to have printed!!

They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state.
